NVC vs LTC unit price comparison is supposed to mean something? what, no one noticed there are different amounts of NVC and LTC outstanding? do you guys also compare stocks of different companies by their per-unit prices?

NVC market cap is down there with FTC and Doge. Even at the peak of its rallies/pumps, it never got anywhere close to LTC's capitalization.

In general, NVC and its derivative coins seem to have interest rate tuned a too high. Though consider that BTC PoW emission was also high in yearly % terms at first.

I would not buy it for that much, too much risk but I would mine it if my rig was ready

A general point is seeing a lot of people spam the board to promote a coin may not be a good sign. If people are confident the coin will rise on it's own merit, it's probably in their interest to quietly mine or buy some more of it before price and difficulty increase. A good time to promote it as a good prospect is when you want to sell.

Didn't they start mucking about with the interest rates a while ago?

Having some central authority muck about with interest rates is one of the things that seemed nasty about fiat, so when I heard Novacoin was doing it too that pretty much ruled them out for me. What will they mess with next? Basically they changed the minting of coins covenant.

Would you still trust bitcoin if bitcoin changed its minting rate? How about if they change it then also plan to change it again?

A lot of ppl love the thech part of NVC over BTC and LTC. People lost faith in it after the scandal and the Russians were presumed to keep the price artificially high. Nova was actually priced higher the LTC for a long while, but why not invest into a NVC clone tht wasn't pre-mined? I myself don't have a problem with premine if the devs are working hard on the coin. Why should miners get rich off of the devs hard work and devs get nothing in return. As long as they don't dump its all good, and idk anyone who would dump a coin tht they put their sweat and heart into

I can't really figure out why nobody likes talking about NVC.
It seems half the time NVC is ever brought up in btc-e trollbox it's someone calling it a scam. No one can even explain what the scam is, but surely it's a scam. everyone says it is.

I bought into PPC and NVC mostly on their technical merits. The former seems to be working out nicely, the latter, not so much.

It doesn't help NVC that it's been cloned to hell by 394823 different shitcoins too

Well I definitely do get confused among all the different exchanges.

Maybe it was some other coin that supposedly had a huge pre-mine, gave it to an exchange, and later supposedly destroyed it.

Or maybe it was merely some other exchange not that one.

There is nothing wrong with the reputation of the exchange. That's why legalization process will be started soon, and it will become a public company in the mid of the next year. This wouldn't be desirable for some people, that's why they are spreading an allegations like yours. But it won't turn away the inevitable... They still have a little time for trolling, but very soon they'll receive their payment for FUD. By the way, NVC staff plans to get a public face too, I suppose that the new JSC will be registered.

BTC-e had no relation with RUC development and promotion, only blind can think otherwise. But I guess that you don't care, because you prefer a far-reaching conclusions on the basis of rumors which you even didn't tried to check. Even more, you even unable to imagine that any supplied statements couldn't be trusted without an appropriate checking. I heard that paranoia and trust couldn't be combined, but you have successfully proven that it's a false statement.

There are a lot of really pre-mined coins including TBX, GG, SolidCoin. Would you claim that all those coins are created by BTC-e's staff? Think about that before answering.

I already know enough about your own logic, but are you really feel fine? I'm asking because such opuses are able to provide a some serious reasons to doubt in your condition. Or to ask how much mtgox paid you for trolling, at least...

OK, then I'll be merciful enough to give you some red pills, take each one of those once per day to escape from the Matrix:

1. BTC-e has no relation with NVC development;
2. BTC-e hates RUC developers because they lied about the pre-mined funds;
3. I hate RUC developers because I got scammed by their decisions and lost some money invested, that's why I like to troll them;
4. I hate RUC related staff because they are spreading lie about me to cover own failure. And that's a pure and unadulterated hate, which sometimes drives me to hurt them in the most violent manner;
5. RUC related staff hates me because I have published a truth about who they really are. That's why they are trying to troll me every time, but without any success.

This statements are clear for anyone who tried to use his brain for intended purposes and able to hear anyone except of himself. If you are trying to argue with, then provide something better than "That's true because I think so". If you're just going to stay on your own idiotic idea, which came from nothing, I suggest you to get the fuck out. You are free to believe whatever want, but don't try to feed me by your crap.

Well maybe you got tainted by the reputation of the exchange? Wasn't your coin on the Russian exchange that had been up to its neck in the RUCoin thing, and also there was some claims that they had been bribed, and maybe even that the bribe had been a pre-mine, thus implicating them possibly in the creation of the coin, having a pre-mine put into it for them?

Basically a whole bunch of scumminess that just seemed more of the same scumminess their previous thing, RUCoin, also had going on around it?

Thanks for the info. I was already avoiding Diamond (DMD) anyway but if it is this same gang of crooks all the more reason to avoid it.

It might not be as bad for screwing around with the suposed definitions of the coin as RUCoin (the older "Russian coin", maybe the previous coin by the same gang behind the same exchange)  but the way they muck about with its "rules" just compounds the dubiousness of it.

Once it becomes clear the people behind a coin - maybe even including the exchange behind it - are crooks it just seems better to avoid the coin(s), the exchange, and, if possible through fogs of sockpuppet forum-accounts and so on, the crooks themselves.
