A lot of misinformation here. First of all, Ethereum Classic didn't came from Ethereum. If you go with the idea where it came from, well Ethereum Classic is the ORIGINAL Ethereum chain, the Ethereum right now is the forked one, Ethereum was the one deviated from the original chain hence making the Ethereum Classic the original chain.
When people saying that there are no devs and developments on ETC, these people are either unaware, dismissive of facts or just plain stupid or they don't want ETC to live. ETC has three development teams and they have independent road maps.
1. ETCdev team - working on the, core protocol, Emerald project and day-to-day maintenance of the network. refer here:
http://www.etcdevteam.com/roadmap.html2. IOHK team - responsible for the development of the scala client (mantis), and future developments, refer here:
https://iohk.io/projects/ethereum-classic/#devupdatesAnd partly, 3. Parity tech team - Gavin helped to setup the parity client for ETC, he didn't have to do this but he did.
And ETC have other independent developers/contributors such as dexaran, he's doing the commonwealth project. refer here:
https://dexaran.github.io/EthereumCommonwealth/Bounties/plus Ubiq and ETC will work together via EthereumCommonwealth project. And I have found a list of ETC dApps, tokens and wallet here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Nvo56-rxrzKRGsVN-UysfOq9m28y0ZCVw5tLiamPomQ/edit#gid=0And this is just the other side of ETC, aside from Barry or Charles, and to be clear, they may appear as front but they are not the leaders of ETC and ETC has no leaders it is an autonomous group with different development teams unlike ethereum.
