It's a human tendency and we can't do anything about other's greed. When it comes to the decision, usually our rational mind, ethics and ethics dominates our greed and restrict it within the limits and hence we don't scam but it is a relative term and sometimes in worst case scenario, the positive things might not restrict the strong greed and as a result force someone to earn using the negative ways. I strongly believe that it depends on who you are and what kind of upbringing you received from your parents/guardians.
Just one reason people cheat is making a profit; Yes the benefits can be divided many things: material benefits, kesenagan, safety, economic adequacy, etc. Honesty no one can do it completely. The most honest person is the one who: Lugu, ediot. Sometimes people scam because they think easy money goes a long way, but it doesn't really. The after effects of their behavior is not even rewarding, so, they are addicted to short-term profits.
Because they think that scam help them make more money easily without having to use labor to create it. They only need to use words to create trust and then appropriates the property of others.
Scam exist because of the vulnerability of humans, we are bound to trust easily.
And some people take that as an opportunity, they will exploit everything that has money for them.
It's a way of living, it's never scammers that is always at fault. The scammed party is to be blamed to.
Your title is a little bit misleading but to answer that, my side is, people scam other people because they don't want to work hard to earn money for themselves. They just want to get an easy money that is why they are doing everything to get the better of other people. To answer your OP, I've seen a lot of those people who begs for money but as I see them, they are perfectly fit and I'm sure they will be able to find a decent job if they put effort into it. It is also the reason why others don't just give money to them if they see someone with a good health and able to work body.
Maybe because they need money.That is the main reason why there are scams all over.They also scam in here because this is the only way to attract more people to be scammed.

The underlying economic difference is that people are reluctant to give money to the poor because they see the level of one's wealth, but it is not wrong to help a hungry person just by giving money. But if we give them automatic money they will be lazy to find a decent job
Thats true, but still they choose to took the credentials that the people deserve thwy want to step out of the difference but they still being in the fact that they fool people to get profit. If differences wasnt became a discrimination tge scammers will not be existent.
I think people scam others not just because they want an easy and fast money, scamming others require one to a lot of effort in order to be done successfully! So they just scam others just because they want to do it and they just really like it!

Where there is a chance , criminal will take the advantage of it so as long as we can prevent our self for getting scam, I think it will be okay

Thats a great point, and for me economical differences provoke them to do something unfair to other , we should come up with the idea that people scam becaus ethey want an easy way of income in the sense that they took the rights of other people for them to survive , which is not reasonable.
Economic differences are not fair and why should people be fair? Will some people be good or bad is not about money, what triggers scammers and criminals in the first place is food, or absence of food! You can't think about it like about something reasonable, later in life this people have no other options. Habits are bad thing and they simply can't stop even when they have more then enough.
I don't like scammers and criminals because most of them are stupid and they take from other poor and weak people, instead to try to scam rich and wealthy people, banks, corporations, bad governments! Now life is all about money, if you don't have where to work in some third world country you can be a criminal or dead, choice is yours!

Getting a job is not possible for everyone, not everyone has family or [friends] to help them and sometimes they will make the bad situations even worse them. If you've ever really needed money and were very desperate, than you probably know that people would let you starve to death rather than give you $5.
It's weird how people won't toss out just a few dollars to help someone in need, yet they'll spend $10000 or more on their pet that has an average life span of under 5 years.
But then again, if you give the person in need money, they'll keep coming back for it. It's a real crap shoot

People scam because they want to get rich the fastest way possible. They do this at the expense of others without even the slightest remorse or regard to their victims who worked hard for that money. It makes me sick thinking about how people even scam the elderlies knowing full well that most of them need the money for meds or therapies. For me, those who scam are also at the most bottom pit of the society as they do not have the backbone to work hard for a living.
May be you have assumed best about those kind of people regarding their skillful abilities and moreover it is also reality that hackers are active for their scam activities and waiting for peoples’ mistakes to get benefit. Scams exist everywhere in the field of business but a man should have to be careful about his activities. Basically nonprofessionals are involved in such kind of activities because they don’t have the courage and experience to move smoothly with business behavior in the market.
