As another general rule of thumb; once you have received an adequate reply on your question/thread it's in everyone's best interest that you lock it at the bottom left hand side of the page.

My post count stay now at 28, even when I am making more post.

it should go upto 42 in about two days, your activity stays at 28because you can only get a maximum of 14 every two weeks. Anyone explain it?

Unless your posts start consisting of more than you salivating about 'latest pump', you might find your post count going down, not up.
You have to open post count manually:

That's your activity, as the previous posters said. A bit more detailed explanation on it:
For example, if in a 14 day period you post 14 posts, you gain +14 activity.
If you post 2 posts in a 14 day period, you gain +2 activity.
If you don't post at all in a 14 day period, you don't gain activity.
However, if you post 15 or more posts in a 14 day period, you still gain only +14 activity.

Your post count is showing 40+, however your activity is still sitting at 28 because it is based off of time-constraints.
Its not your post count, you're talking about Activity which increases by 14 every 2 weeks.
