I think the point 1 and 4 is correctly and others are not. Low fees is not right for now. the fee is about 100k satoshi equal 7$ for each transaction and it's not cheap at all. The point 3 is wrong cause many goverments are choosing the banning way for Bitcoin instead of accepting it.
