Some newbies have a better post quality than those of in a higher rank like you. Having a higher rank than the oters doesn't mean that your post is creative or neiter constructive.
Signature campaigns doesn't allow most newbies because they preferto adertize on a space where they can maximize their exposure so they will rent a higher rank signature space because those of the higher rank signture space can be modified greatly compared to a newbies signature space.

Their are campaigns that accept newbie like 777coin and bitvest but the manager of that campaign is not active but o dont recommend newbies to join in the campaign since its to early for them to do that so they cannot have bans on other sigs i will recommend that they wait to be member or full member so they can join big campaigns,

And i can say why mostly campaign is not accepting newbies is due to posting time limit and signatures space limitation its not good to advrtise if your sig space is little and it cannot be attractive to the eye of prospects ant thats why sig campaigns prepare high rank members is because of sig space and posting time.

Newbies signature space is not a great place to advertize. It has limits in character, no link, no color, no size. Just plain text. That maybe the reason why most campaign choose not to accept newbies as they also tend to spam more due to the low payment.

On the other hand, there are campaigns which accepts newbies. Try bitvest and 777coin. They want to give opportunities to new members so they accept newbies. Another option is the alt coin campaign, most campaign in there also accepts newbies. Pay for newbies are not that great and I think joining a signature campaign with a low rank is not worth the time.

it never really happen that I clicked a signature though. but as you said well. I guess they are.
If the campaign is more concern of SEO, signatures over a single site isn't necessary as he only need a link. They might even just consider adnetworks.

Eh, tad bit off-topic from the topic but : there were couple of signature campaign that paid you to keep your signature for some time period. And people like Blazed have got themselves a good deal, AFAIK he doesn't need to post anything but he still gets 0.5 BTC every month. The thing here is they(campaign managers) pay for posts which have been already made by you.

And people are also clicking the signatures, believe it or not! I hope you don't think that campaigns would be wasting all this money if this kind of advertising is not effective.

And is it effective or not is very easy to check for these companies. You just check the monthly stats and clicks, that's it!

As they have already said, a newbie signature space is not really noticeable. The main goal of campaigns is to get their service promoted in the forum and with their flashy and eye catching signatures, they gain attention from it, now newbies can't have those in their signature. Also the majority of newvie accounts here is a bunch of dump accounts. A lot of people create one and then dump it and just make another one. If you want to join in a campaign then put effort in it, you are going to get paid anyway. Cheesy

Btw, if I am not mistaken there are 2 campaigns that allows newbies to participate.

because newbie is new member, you can create 100newbie in 1 day to join sign campaign , also newbie get limited acces at signature

1/ newbie signatures are limited to 50 characters a month
2/ newbies barely post because if time restrictions
3/ would cause allot of spam as people would just need a newbie account, if they get banned it wouldnt be much of a loss

Well the first reason is because Newbies can't have flashy signatures, which are kind of key for good advertising (color, big font, graphics, etc.)

I don't think that this is the idea as much as newbies don't have a reputation for quality posts, knowledge of bitcoin, loyalty to the forum. If I were an campaign owner I'd want people to read the posts of my advertisers - which means they have to be information that people want to read, they have to be constructive.

Anyone can spam the forum out of greed...and it's not Newbies that do it, it's often more Members or Full Members.

All the above answers are correct and to add to those, upon arrival of each newbie on the forum, mostly have little to no knowledge in BTCitcoin and it does take some time before they gain some knowledge and be able to make good and valuable contribution by posting constructive in the forum therefor most campaigns will rather not acquire newbie members as this will take some more times in case of counting the posts before payment period with knowing most wouldn't help make their businesses grow but having said that there are also some newbies who are only new to the forum and have enough knowledge which in results, they get their campaign proposals approved and eventually get involve in a earning way

When you advertise something , you want it to be visible and clear so people see it , the more people see it , the higher chances that they will click in your link.
Members on Bitcointalk have limits on their signatures (some ranks can't put colors , character limits etc ...) and that's the case for Newbies accounts which means basically they can't do much and no one is going to see the signature .
Unlike Senior members & Hero members who can use colors etc ... which makes the signature visible and the manager of the campaign prefer that so he pays them more and he enroll higher ranks so he don't lose money in something not visible at all like on Newbies .

Edit: in fact it depends with the admin of each compagn, someone allows it, others doesn't... Ofc The reason is obvious why... SPAM !
