It's not that simple . You can find a lot of information on the Internet . This requires good efforts and a great desire . And it is also important to have a good team . So I guess it's not that simple.
Many of the observers say making ICO is pretty easy especially now that we have Smartcontract ERC20, so they can also make tokens, it's just that many ICOs use only white papers, sites and some teams so you can judge for yourself it's easy to make ICO or not? of course they must have the funds to build the things above.
There are many ICOs because some want to earn big and some want to scam others. This is why you need to be careful in choosing ICO. Everybody wants to make it but the truth is not everybody can make it. Be careful

I believe that there is no sense from these ICO/ they are opened daily and then after six months are closed without collecting money or at all we will not inform either investors or bounty hunters what will happen to their tokens. This is a very sad outcome of 90 % of all ICO

Not so easy for serious project, it needs a lot of perseverance, talent and execution to make the goal in reality.
But unfortunately, most of the ICOs doesn't really offer something unique and solves a problem, instead, they are more on imitating what platform exist. It good int the part where there is a competition but it has a disadvantage of a misleading investment a wrong potential start-up.
People realized that now they can sell their ideas very actively, but the ideas are not realized and many projects are not going to realize these ideas to the end, they just collect money and everything. That's why a lot of people.
it's true what you said before, many projects started and got huge results, but they did not run their projects as they were scheduled before, and they just wanted to benefit from investors It seems to me that on the contrary their quantity has begun to decrease. Everyone understands that the market is now falling and collecting millions of dollars for stupid ideas is becoming more difficult. Of course I would like to see their number decreased even more, because it is very difficult to choose a worthy one.
Yes it's easy to make an ICO but it's hard to make a real project and a real and serious investors, having a lot of ICO's in the industry just indicates that the cryptocurrency is now getting know every day and it indicates that the blockchain can be useful not just in bitcoin but to other projects that can be seen in our daily lives such as infrastructures, business, construction, banking, etc.

Lately there is always a new ICO emerging every day and it looks very promising, but most ICO are just trying to raise some funds from investors and finally bring some money that has been invested by the people involved in it. many people want to profit quickly so they can create a fake project so that investors will be interested to invest and take part in the project because it expects great prizes but in the end ICO cheats everyone involved.
Well, its natural as people are always hungry for money and they mostly subscribe to the "get rich quick" scheme. So yes, most of the ICOs are a blatant attempt to get rich, but of course there are some exceptions as always.

Just have your team have 5 people and can set up an ICO project. Currently there are thousands of ICO projects and most of them are scam and want to make money from investors. Initially ICO projects are few because almost all projects are of quality but only in 2018 the number of ICO projects has increased dramatically compared to 2017, so consider your investment in projects ICOIt is true that this year's ICO project is indeed of low quality, and many projects have been broken. People always want to get more benefits, not care about the nature of the project.
There are a lot of reasons to create ICO, for many people it is the way to earn free money, so this fact is confusing investors, they want to invest in good project and it turns out to be fake or not so good. But I guess rating platforms should assist investors to develop crypto industry and not make paid rates. I think in this regard Icoguide is quite good platform.

Because ICO is a great way to gather money what is needed in order to acomplish your global goals and dreams, to make world a better place after all! 
There is Real ICO and Scam ICO in this year.. is difficult to find real ICO in my opinion.. ICO progress is good last year, and maybe this is chance for scammer to be part of ICO Promotion.. see how about ICO progress, scammer increase year by year..
For now, to find a good ICO is do extra researh and always consider what you decision.. ask some profesional people around here, dont fall into f###ing scammer out there..

It might be easier all proof, so many ICO`s launch every week, they are all after for the money they can get and most important, ICO`s may just be a scam after all.
I have read some comments that are inclined to the ICOs that have been created easily to cheat and it is true maybe it's a reason "Why so many ico's??". There are many reasons such as (Need for capital, government limitations, need for international projection, etc.)
All ICOs want to launch the startup and raise money to continue developing their project but I would like to give my opinion of those ICOs which are new projects that in some cases start from the experience of the same developers. I have been fortunate to participate in genuine ICOs except on two occasions that I joined SCAM projects.
It is also interesting to know how to create an ICO and this article seemed useful reading.

As I said before create a compelling, strong project must have an economic projection that shows how viable it can be during its development (Capital, cost, profits, losses).
Experienced work team, Advisors, Participate in the crypto community, Public relations, International projection, etc.
We can already see that it becomes somewhat complex.

I so understand a lot of ISO because everyone wants to advance their project, and so also the false ISO. They do not bring anything plaintive, only one miserly time spent.
the huge amount of icos this year is amazing, i thing i big number of them are not good projects, and is hard to know what are the good ICOS
find an experienced team in the field to work on ideas and concepts and define the ideas to create ICO. This is quite easily done so reasonable if much more popping ICO. Crypto provides a large profit to many people and that it saw the potential of being so like to also get profit from this field.
