I think maybe the reason bitcoin is banned in some country because anonymity in bitcoin transaction is vulnerable to misuse, maybe for example to financing terrorist or cyber crime, for illegal drug transaction, for money laundering etc.

I guess the major reason is the growing buzz around cryptocurrencies. I mean, there are so many companies creating their own cryptocurrencies and launching ICOs and in some cases it's nothing but a 'bubble'. Governments want this to be under control, that's it.

It is because governments cannot tax crypto currency and they cannot get income tax from it. A lot of people are earning a lot through crypto currency, their government are missing a lot of taxes because of it. Some people gave up their jobs just to focus on crypto currency and trading. Their government see it as a threath.
They will tax it in the future though that is one of the small reason the other is really they find that bitcoin is only using in deepweb sort of they say that all of bitcoin is intended only for deepweb transactions though it is not because there are lot of people getting money using bitcoin and we are one of it. I think they should investigate more if they ban bitcoin.

Well there are several countries that still don't accept bitcoin or even banned them in their government system. To some of them it's a threat and this should be discussed further for better understanding. Also, the taxes might be different to be computed. One more important thing to consider why countries banned bitcoin is because we should also see each culture's acceptance of the new technology or crytocurrency.
There are probably so many reasons why a certain country will not accept Bitcoin. In addition to tax concerns, there is also the fact that Bitcoin appears too underground with its anonymous and decentralized features. This might give an impression to the government that Bitcoin is only a currency that belongs to transactions under the government radar. And then, of course, cryptocurrency might still be a vague area to them.

They ban bitcoin start from no trust to bitcoin. So no trust finally they ban bitcoin.
Maybe they perceive crypto-currencies as a way to engage in illegal activities, in addition - taxes. Traders do not pay taxes to the goverment.
Government of many country find Bitcoin illegal. This because they want there people to work and they want some tax from there citizen too. And government cannot implement a tax on Bitcoin. And they are also in the fear that Bitcoin may replace their currency and bank too. And people will not work and unemployment will be the cause. So that's why government is not making the Bitcoin legal in their countries.

They are hesitant to lose their real markets hence they have restricted bitcoin. Be that as it may, bitcoin is a ruler of everything still there individuals are putting into bitcoin on the grounds that nobody can stop bitcoin. Since bitcoin is giving many people opportunity while government are not giving open doors in this way government grabbing individuals rights while bitcoin isn't grabbing individuals' rights.

Yes. Bitcoin banned the governments of many countries. There are many reasons for this. We know that Bitcoin is independent, the government of any country can not control it. So many governments have banned it. They can not believe Bitcoin, they think Bitcoin is a threat to their country. But I think these stupid ones. Bitcoin changes our condition. In my own personal opinion, the government of other countries thinks bitcoin is being used for illegal activities like scam and people earns money for free and do not pay taxes. In an interview with Bloomberg at a summit in New York, Citigroup CEO Michael Corbat said that cryptocurrencies represent a "real enough threat" to the financial system, and that governments wont take the disruption of their capabilities around data, tax collection, money laundering and know-your-customer (KYC) "lightly." And he predicted that state-sponsored digital currencies will arise from the threat posed by Bitcoin 
In my opinion, some country banned bitcoin. Because they can’t control it and they can even know the real owner of bitcoin. They don’t know what the user does within their bitcoin. Some country banned bitcoin, because in their law and jurisdiction.
Every country does business in its own interest, naturally wants to protect the national currency, and if I were a government I have behave like this. This is normal, not ready to pass.
