Anger is cause we are passionate about the subject, and when people are passionate, things can get out of hand.

Interesting world you live in. When you love something, you may get angry and things can get out of hand? You seem to have destructive issues.

No, but when we know something that benefits other people, and they don't listen, we may not use the best choice words to express how good it is. Also I am saying we, as a community this doesn't directly affect what I do.

I see, then I agree. I am very passionate about it myself, but I try hard to not let it cloud my mind and stay constructive.

I try to let it go for my health, but anger is justified when a large group kidnaps and kills innocent people both as policy and through negligence.  Just think how pissed you'd be at me if I killed people in your country or held your friends in cages in my basement. Geez man, why so angry, are you 12 or something? Lots of angst cause of hormones maybe?

My guess is that this forum the world is full of children. People that have not grown up yet... Age makes no difference when you have the mentality of a 12 year old.

Yeah that pretty much sums it up.

Some random thoughts on why most discussions become unpolite at some point.

Most users of this forum are male and young. Some may be bright, but they are not wise yet and have a high level of testosterone, which forces them to engage in competition. You may notice that older users, who have achieved wisdom by life experience and education, in general are more polite. They also feel less hormonal pressure to prove themselves.

Another reason for some may be to seek attention and feel important. Because some may be nerds they have not found a good way to get noticed in real life. Some are plain losers in real life, who are beaten by their wife (usagi comes to mind).

Add all these reasons together and the short answer is no, not likely on this forum.

There is something to this theory.  Another factor is memory.  I'm an old guy and I always forget what the topic is before I get a chance to form an oopinion about it.

You guys are all doing great!  Keep up the good work.

I understand that many bitcoin users fancy themselves to be anti-establishment and like to 'stick it to the man' in modern parlance, but why do they feel the need to be so full of vitriol? It is not essential to expressing your point to use the phrase 'Fuck the government/establishment/rules/laws/your mother' to the excess that I have observed.

Cannot we all just discuss our views politely as gentlemen?

Please excuse OP.  He just woke up from a 40 year coma during which the internet was invented.  Cool
