Why the banks don't pay taxes?

The super rich will always find loopholes to pay little to no taxes.

Basically laws and are for the rich. A simple man if time does not pay taxes so it just show your approval
What do you understand by the concept of an ordinary person? People are all the same, just sometimes one more than luck or inheritance helps to begin to live from different perspectives. But if ordinary people come together they can change the rules of the game.

Why the banks don't pay taxes?

My opinion maybe because Technically, Banks are required to pay taxes on income as are other corporations. However, due to the use of offshore tax havens and various subsidies and loopholes, many of the biggest banks actually pay far less than the amount they paid. It is not that they don't pay taxes on their income. They simply use the tax code to define their taxable income as zero or less.
Banks never pay taxes. Their work is not always transparent and therefore hard to catch. Those who controls money can always find how to negotiate with the authorities. I think this is the main reason.

Why banks don't pay taxes? Obviously (in my country), all of us that are using services that the government provides should pay taxes. Banks should pay taxes too but maybe some of them pay less than the amount expected for them based on a formulation. The good example is Bank of America where they get away for not paying taxes. I guess some banks that don’t pay taxes are those having less profit with circulation of money and get lose in some investments.
Banks pay taxes, but they pay little because well-versed in the laws. Besides, they are for the money to buy the laws you need them.

banks pay taxes on an equal basis with others in my country. I think this is the best because they are the same subjects of entrepreneurship. Banks do not have any privileges in the field of taxation
In all countries banks do not pay taxes on the same basis. They always have privileges. They always buy yourself the chance not to pay taxes. And to hide the income they can.

Most of the money that exists in countries that have banks, and especially if they have a contract or treaty with the International Monetary Fund, has been borrowed from the banks. Taxes do two things. They make loan payments to the banks. They show the amounts that the countries can borrow from the banks in the future.

If the banks paid taxes, it would be a conflict of interest. There could be special law set in place so that banks could pay taxes without having a conflict of interest. And that might be to their benefit, just so people would think that banks pay taxes like everybody else. These special bank taxes would have to be routed directly back to the banks through some special tiny branch of the country's treasury department.

I am surprised. Banks do pay taxes (such as Corporate Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and the Goods and Services Tax). And I don't want them to pay anything extra. If they are forced to pay additional taxes, then most probably they will pass it on to the consumers, who will face increased fees for various banking transactions.

We do not have to pay taxes, its voluntary by you.

The whole world is being controlled by a few families. These families can feed everyone on this world, but they want just the power to be theirs. Banks are giving us just NUMBERS, because if we all would go there and withdraw everything we've got in our accounts..... We would find out there is more debt than printed money.

I don't think so. It based on each country regulations. Maybe for government bank, they do not need to pay tax. But For private bank, they should pay tax like another business company which own by civil people.
