In my opinion the biggest factor that makes the market still down is the number of scam cases on various projects, when an investor is hit by a scam he will campaign negatively and encourage the public to avoid bitcoin.

I can't say that there's 'low interest by investors' for making bitcoin as an investment. Actually, there's enough investors and they will keep coming because of the future events that will give advantage for the holders and investors if they understand those events. What kind of event I'm saying? like halving and other positive news reported by medias (sometimes bias, sometimes good news) like the institutional money coming in.
