this year the market is really a catastrophe. first a few weeks red and then a little green. and the summer is still coming. the people are also not ready to buy. i think this will not be a good year

If you sell it now, I think you'll regret it! Because their prices will rise again! The performance of these days, just normal fluctuation! If you sell now that's panic selling, it's not good for you! I suggest you do the opposite of what you think, which will make you a good profit!
Dropping the crypto value is I think it's normal because of many competitors or a lot of stock of tokens/coins in the market. This the right time to buy ETH and BTC then sell it when it has a high value.
It's life, market can't go again to the Moon for only few months. Look what was happening from March 2014 until March 2017 (See? Nothing) but then we saw x9 market capitalization rise, so it will be again but earlier. Selling coins is not smart idea.

Probably with the current crypto because the price of altcoin has not gone up so from that I am sure by the end of 2018 all will be stable again and back as before then I am sure with the current crypto down I am sure will be good in the future

Do you think that the bearish market will be still until we reach the fourth quarter of the year, because I want to enter the market as long as I receive my bounty rewards, and I am expecting that the bearish market will last before the end of the year, I really really want to enter the market and I am happy right now because I know that I am not late investing in bitcoin and any other promising altcoins. 
Oh well, that's what we are hoping to happen. We wanted this bearish trend to really stop and start another break out run in the next 6 months so that we can see our portfolio jump again.
However, its really hard to tell, about a few days ago the price goes as high as $7700 but then again another selling happened again, causing it to go back to $7300. But we still have 6 months to go and hope that everything will be find and back to normal and see the price going at 5 digit mark again.

Selling at loss is your choice but I'll never sell at loss. But if the market is in loss but I'm in profit there's no point of not selling.

I also believe that this is not the second wave of the Great Fall. I am personally waiting for the nearest jump of all the cryptocurrencies. At least in winter, most of the altcoins will grow a lot, and we will make the profit.
in a small fud, all coins dump at least %15 but in a good good new it recovers only %5.

Why ask whether to sell them or not when it is you yourself who just said that Bitcoin and the altcoins are dropping? It does not follow. This was to expected. I predicted this fall.
The long wait is over cause bitcoin will soon bounce back to 10,000$. So many good news about bitcoin is rising ,like canada is now accepting bitcoin payments , fill your bags with btc it will explode soon.
I think that we wont see a bullrun in 2018, maybe not in 2019.. market is full of sh*tcoins and scam.. i think there will be a big "cleaning" before the market will grow... and only a few projects will survive, take a look at "hyped" projects like PRL or Elix..

which I see is so because I know the market has started to recover and so the prices of BTC and Altcoin others are still down and so I am a bit confused I have to hold my altcoin or sell it when the market recovers but I see many people who prefer holding altcoin them and wait for all back stable

I believe there is an even that unfolded the past days and nobody expected cryptocurrencies' price to fluctuate again. It may be an event that really affects bitcoin's progress and i think this will not also last any longer.
