Facebook and google are in the view that cryptocurrency is a scam and think by banning the advertisements, they will protect their users but they have not realised that the cryptocurrency industry has the potentials to help these users.

Their could be another side of it is that they know its potential but banning means they will introduce their own coin which will be useful and work only in their application or some features if you want to take that you will have t pay through their coin. So this will hep them to make the money from their own coin.

So true. Crypto will help them to get more money

The reason for this is that many people reporting in social media's that they've been scammed by ICO's through advertising in this social media platforms. That's why google and facebook provide some restrictions in their platforms to stop this ponzi scheme. This may affect the price of crypto's in short term but it will be beneficial in the long term.

Bitcoin continues to be pounded by negative news. Unconfirmed reports about Twitter following the footsteps of Facebook and Google in banning cryptocurrency ads pushed Bitcoin’s price below $8,000 on March 18.

I strongly believe that this speculation will not happen as both sites are on 100% support in cryptocurrency market and i think this is another speculation trying to destruct the image of bitcoin.

Because Crypto does not show stability. It increases the non-code and decreases ultra-fast.

Well, there is much bad news than good news on bitcoin and that what lead them to make that decision. Scams here and there from ICO's and online investments is really not a good impression for crypto but banning it is also much better than seeing another person hating the crypto because of scams.

I am sure that Google and Facebook will simply lose millions of revenues from advertising cryptocurrency projects. Progress cannot be stopped. Now many States are thinking about the introduction of their own cryptocurrency and blockchain.

Actually that's true, facebook has been flooded by negative and fake news and many scammers nowadays are using Facebook and other social media sites to scam people. Maybe that's the reason why they want to ban bitcoin and other cryptocurrency on their site, to stop or to lessen those scammers.

I guess the reason for banning cryptocurrency on Facebook and Google is to avoid Scams, Frauds amd Fake advertisement. They do this to secure their sites and to secure their users from being victimized by scammers. As we can see crypto ads are not fully banned from those sites, because I can still see promotional ads from different ICOs and cryptocurrency.

I think they want to launch their own digital currency that’s why they banned cryptocurrency on their sites, but I think they are doing wrong if they want to create their own ICO. If they really think that cryptocurrency is a scam then it is right to ban it on their sites otherwise it is not understandable why they banned cryptocurrency ads on their sites.

the reason may be that because of those kinds of news so many people have lost their money to the scammers or due to bad market conditions and they may blame facebook or google for the loss and they have decided to cut it down.

Advertisers who promote electronic money will try to find new entrants to the market. And for new consumers, this is very risky when their knowledge is not available.

Knowledge is wisdom not only for bitcoin or crypto currency but in all fields of life, we are now in modern era so I think we need to advertises digital currency for the sake of our secure future, no website is banning bitcoin those are all fake news that market manipulators are spreading, we should not listen to bad news, there is positive response from google, Facebook and all social sites so no kind of websites are banning bitcoin.

i think no news effecting on bitcoins grow or downs.  because there was many good news, but bitcoin continued to go down.
when big someones decide to punp or dump - than it happens, no news factors. well, sometimes they tie bitcoin movements to news, right.

It's still not clear how they are regulating cryptocurrencies, but I don't think they're banning it. I still see cryptocurrency and ICO ads in google and youtube. With facebook, however, it seems there is really a huge drop in crypto-related ads running in the site now.

Facebook and Google are very progressive, tech and modern companies. They are leaders in their kind of business. I may suppose that they have a mercantile interest. What am I about? I mean that this companies have lost the time and opportunity to be  leaders in crypto industry or to earn well enough on crypto and now they prevent evolving crypto industry on their field. I think that it is greediness.
Well there is no doubt that google and facebook are famous and the most used websites that millions of people are kept on using it daily basis some are making business and some are making advertisements, I have been watching a lot of information people takes from google and facebook about bitcoin so it think they will keep on doing it in future as well, bitcoin gives profit to google and facebook as well so they are not gonna ban it ever.
