The only way that the rich win more than others, is if they have special VIP type perks on their accounts - they have bigger access to thinks like cashback and promotions, which if used wisely could up their return rate on money played. Realistically though, they are losing larger amounts so it's not necessarily a benefit for them to even have these perks. They might get other things, like special trips or upgrades to rooms if they are connected to a casino that has a physical presence. People with less money may be more willing to take risks, but the outcomes are outside of their control anyway. In a game of poker everyone at the table will have the same chance of winning and the buy in price becomes irrelevant.

I don't know where you got your experience but from my observation the poor wins more than the rich in regular basis. But the amount they win is not big and small amounts and probably because they play with small amount and wherever the rish win, they win big because they play with big amount. But if we talk about frequent win it is the poor. The poor visit and play gambling more than the rich.

This is indeed a fact where now the poor are more likely to try their luck in gambling than in other ways, not that I am making it up but I see for myself in my own area where the lower middle class on average they play gambling without exception.

What I think is always the problem is that the rich do gamble with big amounts of money on little odds, whereas the poor are always gambling with little amounts on high odds. So the higher your odds, the higher your chances of losing a bet, and the lower your odds, the higher your chances of winning. You will see the poor gamble with a small amount of money, and they will be waiting to win some unreasonable amount of money.
