Between the rich and the poor in gambling, hmm, quite interesting.

Rich people can gamble at any time and bet any amount. As long as they have time to do it and if money is a problem, don't ask again because with the financial freedom they have, they always have money to gamble. What is different is the case with the poor, even though they have quite a lot of free time, they have little opportunity to gamble, because they will only gamble when they have a relatively small amount of money. And when they only bet a small amount, then when they have the opportunity to win, the maximum win they get is not much.

And maybe it could be like this, the biggest win that the poor person gets when gambling. It is equivalent to the amount of money spent by the sikaya to place bets or gamble.

The reason is been that the rich people select a few games like 1-3 games that they are too sure to play as they have predicted it to win in their favor and they end up betting it with big money while the poor on the other hand, would select many games, and bet them all with small money, hoping that all of the bet games would enter and they are going to win big. How will that happen? To predict more than 10 games correctly.

I have observed that the rich, I mean those who are financially comfortable, win more in gambling than the poor. By poor, I mean those who do not have enough to meet all their needs. I don't know the reason for this. Could it be that the rich understand financial management more? Or could it be that the rich are less desperate to win which make them make better gambling decision? I really want to know the reason for this pattern I have observed.
I don't think that this reasoning between the poor and tye rich towards gambling is cogent or reasonable enough to believe, we all know that gambling is a game of opportunity and luck even though you are a rich person or a poor person site of predictions doesn't not know something of such nature, gambling is base on predictions and also you being lucky in gambling is what that determine the wining of gambling, for me you no need to think that the rich have more advantages of wining gambling than the poor,  I don't think it's supportive from my understanding in gambling.

Gambling is basically a game of luck and rich people might have the opportunity to win or not likewise the poor, but the difference between the rich and the poor in gambling is the amount use to stake a game will be different from the amount the poor will use to stake a game, secondly the rich take more risk but the poor will not like to take a big risk like the rich, this is the two things that is involve in gambling between the rich and the poor when you come for gambling

Is this really a question? Of course the rich win more in all variances of the word. They can bet higher amounts, they can take more risks, and they can place more bets than a poor person. If you are what you consider "poor" then you probably shouldn't be gambling in the 1st place honestly.

A poor person will want to hit a jackpot with just a little amount of money. Let’s assume they are gambling on soccer. They will gamble with a little amount of money, and they will want to win unreasonable amounts of money, the amount they know will be kind of difficult for them to win, but they just want to try their luck, hoping to win a jackpot one day. That’s why they mostly keep on losing. They will end up picking lots of matches, they know it’s impossible for all their predictions to be correct, and they will still go ahead and place the bet.

But when rich people gamble, I will still use soccer as an example, they just pick little odds and decide to put a lot of money into gambling. When they gamble, they only pick little matches that they are confident in, and they gamble with big amounts. I just think that’s the reason why the rich people win in gambling more than the poor (low-income earners). Poor people are always hoping to turn their little amount into big amounts of money, but most of them keep on failing.

The reason is actually quite simple. Someone who has more money can place higher bets and also gamble more. For example, a rich person can win 10 free spins on the simplest slot game in a day but a poor person will win less than that. The reason is that the rich person plays more games because he/she has more money.

On the other hand, if we talk about earnings based on amount, it is possible to encounter a similar situation. For example, let's say a sports bet results in a 2x win. Let's say the rich person who won this bet placed this bet with 1,000 units of money and the poor person placed this bet with 100 units of money. In this case, the rich person will get a net gain of 1,000 units and the poor person will get a net gain of 100 units. So, the simplest answer to the question would be exactly "money" or "budget".

In short, the more bread the more meatballs.

Is a question that is most supposed to be deciphered, a rich person does not care if he sees a casino and spends a lot of money, they have everything insured, food, services, everything, a person who is not rich, has to take care of his money It is known that a person who is not a millionaire has to calculate what he spends, what he is willing to put into any of his things, such as food, and buy what he needs to survive, and not leave aside his responsibilities, a person Rich, bet a lot of money, in one of those bets that only wins 1, then you get back all the money you put in previously, and they have the money for that, because it is something that almost doesn't hurt them.

A millionaire person will always have things ready for him and that is something that can be seen from miles away, so when the time to bet Arrives because everyone has problems and priorities in their lives, a person who does not want to bet being a millionaire , well , does not Matter.

This is just a theory and there’s no proof to this, because we all know winning in gambling will always depend on your strategy in betting and will depend on your luck for those games that is purely based in luck. Rich people might have more capital and that could increase their probability to win since they can gamble longer but guess what, most of them also loss big money since not all of them are that luck to have a win.

Rich people can win more, perhaps because they have prepared more money than poor people, so they can gamble with minimal bets until they can finally win a lot. And even though their big win was their break-even point, they still won because they got their money back. Meanwhile, poor people who gamble with minimal bets do not have much money, so before they can get lucky, their money has run out, and they cannot continue gambling. We assume that rich and poor people both understand how to manage their finances, but the difference is the amount of money they use. But poor people can get their big winnings if they can get their big luck too.

Rich people know how to handle their finances and they have a large leverage and capital to spend with and that’s why most of them win a lot but its hard to tell on how much money they’ve already loss because they are not monitoring their gambling activities anymore. In gambling we all depend in luck when winning, and that’s the reality regardless of your capital.

What on earth am I reading here? From my perspective, I am reading something very strange.

What exactly have you been observing and where can others observe these events where rich people win more at gambling than poor people. Furthermore, do you have any statistical data to back up your claim? If you do, where did you get it from because I would like to see the source.

Take this my observation regarding these two category of gamblers in sports betting, one rich and the other poor. If you observe their gambling behavior, you will notice a difference which is, the rich person selects a few games with good odds like one, two or three, and then stakes heavily on them with a good amount of money. A poor persons betslip is usually very long with many games staked with a very small amount of money hoping to win very big.

For the few games and many games, the one with a fairer chance of entering is the few games. This is why I think the rich win more from gambling because they somehow minimize the risk and increase their chances.

Sports or Live Casino: the rich place the bet without high pressure while the poor place the bet with a high pressure that he must win on that bet or there will be no food on the table for tomorrow, also the rich can afford to martingale while not with the poor.

Slots: the rich who have a bigger balance than the poor able to do more spins to chase the bonus or do the bonus buy,  while the poor only can afford to spins a few rounds and rarely do the bonus buy - As simple as that.

apart from the fact that the rich have more funds they also usually have a different mindset and yes, that includes financial management. a lot of rich people usually gamble for fun, entertainment, to socialize or just as a hobby while a lot of poor people gamble to earn more money, they also become more desperate and become more irrational with their gambling decisions thus making more mistakes when they are losing.

I don't want to believe this, everyone has equal chances of winning if they play well and understand the whole thing concerning gambling, it's not by money, if not, only the rich ones would have always been winning between each time they gamble, bit what i rather see here is that, the poor gamblers would prefer making it loud to public whenever they gamble and loose while the rich will always keep their gambling experience in to themselves wether they win or loose my

This is the first time am hearing this but from my point of view, a wealthy man will bet with a huge amount of money and he still doesn't care about the loss cause he has money and even if he doesn't gain any profit from the bet you will not know cause he's wealthy. But a poor man who doesn't have any source of income will bet and no profit everyone will know cause he doesn't have money.
The problem most people fail to know is don't bet what you can't afford to loose, let's assume a poor man bet his money and he didn't see any profit, he will still remain poor, from where am coming from most people depend on gambling to survive and they remain poor but a rich man has other means of income.

Basically the amount we see as big but for them rich people that amount may not mean much and that's why we see the amount they put as big because we are people who have financially below them, if we are one of the rich people and see other rich people putting the amount they usually put then maybe we also won't say the amount is big because we are rich and we have the same ability as them, the point is maybe rich people and poor or ordinary people have different perspectives in terms of seeing the amount of money. And also yes another thing even though the amount they put to gamble is large but they will not care too much if in the end they lose, their perspective is not excessive in gambling and in my opinion most of them see gambling as a place of entertainment only and do not at all have the mindset to earn in gambling because basically they already have their own way of making money which has proven to make them rich.

On the other hand, it is not uncommon to see poor people who come with the aim of earning, why? because obviously they do not have good finances in their lives and when they see gambling they like to find a place to multiply their little money. So in essence, there are many factors that are very likely to be the reason why they come.

It's very simple. You take more risk, you win more money. You also lose more money, but history doesn't remember the losers. Losers also don't do interviews, they rarely go to social media to tell people they lost, winners on the other hand... you know what they do. Casinos also want to tell the world about these winners because they know it works and people will want to try if they can do the same thing. They hear about a jackpot win and don't want to know all the facts like how long did the person gamble and how much did they wager. It's the win that makes the headlines.

Just logically, what is the largest amount of money a poor person has ever spent on gambling? I think the highest is only around tens of dollars, which means that if you bet a small amount, the maximum winnings you get are not that big. What is different about rich people who have financial freedom is that they can bet any amount as long as they can afford to lose that money. With a relatively high betting amount, when he gets the Jackpot it will be bigger.

Plus, poor people have a tendency to gamble hastily, their emotions are uncontrolled because they are too ambitious to win. Because winning in gambling is a big hope for them to be able to change their lives financially. So when betting and gambling, they cannot develop game tactics and techniques carefully.

@OP the answer to your question lies on their bankroll.  Rich people have deeper pocket so they can spend more money to increase their chance of winning.  While the poor people have limited amount of money to try their chance.  Life for example, a well-off person can put $1000 as a bankroll while the poor man can only manage $10 to $20.  From that we can see the difference.  With $1k bankroll, the gambler can try as many as 50x the number of tries of the poor person assuming they are playing with the same amount of bet.

What's financial management? Does a rich person care about how he spends what he has in abundance already?.. you're just contradicting yourself eitherways..

A rich man would spend almost half of his bankroll to wager on a single odd and it cuts...  Someone that's got a limited bankroll will never bet on single points - they'll prefer to make selections to atleast 40 odds which would involve more than 10 games, what's the probability that These games would come through??
