The "terrorists" have already been doing it for years.  

I think drones will become a big problem in the future. The terrorists could plan t a bomb on them ,and control and manipulate it remotely, to detonate almost anywhere sitting far away.

Exactly. I've seen someone recommending this guy on here before as if he's some courtroom magician. He talks absolute bullshit and anyone who thinks he can get you off jailtime is an idiot. If his system for beating The System worked everybody would be using it and there would be countless stories of it actually working not just a load of waffle.

People think when they purchase something,they own it and should retain all control over it eh? Own a cell phone? A car? Property?

I find it hard to believe anyone can see what he's saying. What's for certain is that nothing he said is a legal concept, it's hardly even a concept. New flash: refusing to submit to the jurisdiction of a court is not a defense, and doesn't magically keep the court from claiming jurisdiction over you. The courts do not need your consent to have jurisdiction over you, and you cannot bring 'your own court' to court to challenge the legitimacy of the court. Most importantly, none of this gobbledygook releases you from the verdict of the court.

Well a person-- well, a man or woman-- when they enter into the court, better come into the court... house with their court, and their courtiers. They better not be coming in a courthouse in somebody else's case or then they're going to be defined by the rules of the court in which they're entering into. Because when I bring my court to court, I'm gonna have my court at the county court, or at the federal court. I'm not gonna be in the federal court because to be in a court, you're to be bound by the elements of that court and the rules of that court. Like if we were gonna meet at-- would you rather meet me at that big tree or at that rock, or would you rather meet me in that rock? If we meet at the rock, it's not gonna be too painful, but if we meet in the rock you're considered an element of that rock and we're gonna be bound by the laws of physics or whatever law that court or that rock, you know, subscribes to. The rules of that court are gonna be held within that rock, you see what I'm saying?

@op regarding drones, drones are relatively new tech on the market, and therefore have little law regulation, but that will surely change.
it is obvious that the tech can be used for many illegal activities, and they have every right to regulate it, but not to ban it ofcourse.

The other side of it is, if enough common people attach cameras to drones, they will be able to record all the bad stuff government does. Videos of recognizable government people or government vehicles could cause all kinds of Senate inquiries into why government was doing whatever it was doing wherever it was doing it. This could get certain government agencies stripped of their funding, certain government people prison terms, and the objectives and agendas of the One-World-Government-Elite set back for years if not forever.

The government has to go after the perpetrators of these attacks.
Make sure they have nowhere to hide.

I don't see how anyone could ever be surprised anymore by a terror threat.  It's random and just when you let your guard down there's another attack.  Attacks occur around the world just about every day as far as I can tell from the news and then there is the stuff that doesn't make the news.

Of course the gov't has to do something about drones.

Nothng much they can do about it now drones will become more and more available, totally awesome technology.  Imagine when the technology is so advanced that people can compete with the postal services.

If you want to understand why the government freaked out when a $400 remote-controlled quadcopter landed on the White House grounds last week, you need to look four miles away, to a small briefing room in Arlington, Virginia. There, just 10 days earlier, officials from the US military, the Department of Homeland Security, and the FAA gathered for a DHS “summit” on a danger that had been consuming them privately for years: the potential use of hobbyist drones as weapons of terror or assassination.

The conference was open to civilians, but explicitly closed to the press. One attendee described it as an eye-opener. The officials played videos of low-cost drones firing semi-automatic weapons, revealed that Syrian rebels are importing consumer-grade drones to launch attacks, and flashed photos from an exercise that pitted $5,000 worth of drones against a convoy of armored vehicles. (The drones won.) But the most striking visual aid was on an exhibit table outside the auditorium, where a buffet of low-cost drones had been converted into simulated flying bombs. One quadcopter, strapped to 3 pounds of inert explosive, was a DJI Phantom 2, a newer version of the very drone that would land at the White House the next week.

Attendee Daniel Herbert snapped a photo and posted it to his website along with detailed notes from the conference. The day after the White House incident, he says, DHS phoned him and politely asked him to remove the entire post. He complied. “I’m not going to be the one to challenge Homeland Security and cause more contention,” says Herbert, who runs a small drone shop in Delaware called Skygear Solutions.

The White House drone, of course, wasn’t packing an explosive and wasn’t piloted by a terrorist—just a Washingtonian who lost control of the device while playing around in the wee hours. But the gentle censorship directed at Herbert illustrates how serious the issue is to counterterrorism officials.
