The DAG network is made up of transactions. When a new transaction appears, it must approve the two previous transactions, these approvals are represented by directed arrows (the time runs from left to right). If there is a path between at least two sections between two transactions A and B, it is considered that A indirectly approves B.
The nodes verify the absence of conflicts and do not approve (directly or indirectly) conflicting transactions.
At first glance, the Tangle technology actually demonstrates advantages over the blockbuster, promising to solve the problems with the speed and cost of transactions, while preserving the unchangeability of the distributed log. However, to industrial designs is still very far away and so far it is only a matter of confirming the concept.
