I saw that thread, but in that thread, my question is not explained.

It is; it's in the first quote, under the bold "The way activity is calculated" text.

So its best to make 14 posts in  a week two weeks?

What is i make more, i get punished by not getting full or senior?

If your only goal is to rank up in the forum and doing the very least of what you can do, sure. 14 posts every two weeks will boost your activity the maximum it can become.

It's not a punishment whatsoever. It's just that ranks here are based on how long you've been here, not how many posts; otherwise people would just do some LQ posts and become a high rank instead of actually having to be dedicated to the forum to achieve a rank like that.
Okay thanks i'm starting to understand it. Thanks i am closing this thread.

There are so many threads about this that you can read that answers your question.

Here's one.

Basically, ranks are based on how long you've been posting. You can get 14 activity points every 2 weeks, no more. So if you make 12 posts in a 2 week time frame, you'll get 12 activity; but if you make 30 posts, you'll still get 14.

because you have not posted in enough activity periods simply put, there is a thread with the activity periods listed, use the search option to find it, also if you want to check your potential activity, try rd23.cf/account

My account is just a "member". I am here on bitcointalk time for a long time and i have more posts than full members or senior members with less post. How is that possible?
