The same reason everyone in this forum is using it, Low fees on conducting transactions and a no-center private currency make it very comfortable to use in the online field without having to trust anyone with your money.
it is only a fraction of the facilities and technologies provided bitcoin. many others, we can dig deeper into
I really like using bitcoin, I hope to wear it in real life

Bitcoin will help better than bank in real life I think because very less transaction fees when compare with money gram, western union and PayPal.
This transaction will help the people who is doing Worldwide. With very less charges to transact the money to any where in the world.

Reason #2 - earlier this month a strange charge appeared for Amazon Prime.

I shop at Amazon less than once a month, and when I do, it usually is a < $20 purchase.

I don't want Amazon Prime, but somehow they thought I did - and charged my credit card. I had to fight with Amazon to get them to put the money back.

I don't want to deal with that kind of crap.

Ouch that is messy. They thought you did want it? What is that some kind of guess for them? Without asking you if you really want it? That is real crap. That is also what I dont like with credit cards. Some fees are paid without you knowing it. That is stealing and should be punished.

I bought a book that coincides with a time they said I opted into a free one month trial with purchase at end of trial. However I never asked for a one month trial or had any interest in a one month trial. I suspect a bug in their shopping cart.

They did refund me the money, but I do not like that it happened. I do not like that it was possible for it to happen. The credit card system is broken, it allows charges to be made that either we don't agree to or are different than what we agreed to. Bitcoin doesn't have that problem, we have the opportunity to inspect every transaction before it is made.

Why would consumers use bitcoin

Several reasons.

I purchased an item from Taiwan, with my credit card.

The next day I tried to buy something and my card was denied.

After I called the company, they told me it was because the type of item I bought from Taiwan was often bought with stolen credit cards. So for "my protection", they cut off my ability to use it until I could confirm it was not stolen.

I don't want to deal with that kind of crap.

I came to figure out, why would a consumer/customer use Bitcoins?
You have to pay the 3 cent fee, while you dont have to pay anything when paying with a credit card.

So what is really a benefit for using Bitcoins, customer wise?

because customers use bitcoin for profit for them more comfortable and after using when customer use more bitcoin for better his life

Customers would use bitcoin because easy to use and you can send money to your friend in other country only less than 1-2 hour.
I think for most beginners, they would think that the use bitcoin is very difficult. I was so, when you first try to use bitcoin
create and use bitcoin wallet, it is difficult for beginners

Customers use Bitcoin because it's simple and easy to use, with full anonymity, and decentralized transactions, with very low fee compared with fiat ewallets usually, so it's a lot better than using fiat nowadays

Yes. Sometimes it is better than that. It is so fast and very comfortable on what will you just pay for the transfer fee. It is so little you wont even feel that they got a fee.

The only problem is the transaction fee. The block size is quite small at the moment, if you want your transaction to go through, you have to pay higher fees.

I do not think it takes 1-2 hours
maybe even just a few minutes, just a confirmation transaction is quite a long time. I think it does not matter

If I am a retailer, I would need at least one confirmation. Or I have to use a program to make sure that address has more than the value I charge.

In my country, the retailer needs one confirmation within one hour. If you do not have confirmation within that period, they will cancel the trade.
But whether bitcoin transaction takes that long? I do not think that long because to my knowledge bitcoin transaction takes only 5-20 minutes.
That's what I had when I make a transaction.

Credit cards aren't exactly free. Where I'm from, you have an additional 10% charge if you use a credit card for your taxi ride. There are many reasons that you will want to use Bitcoins.

1. Transfer money across the world with a much lower transaction fee.
2. Carry your money everywhere (in most airports, you have to declare when you carry $10,000 USD and above). Bitcoins can bypass that.
3. Privacy protected purchases. (Which can be used for different means)
Yes credit card also considerable additional costs and if not used properly would be detrimental. I think probably better to transact using bitcoin because it has many conveniences. And we can get the money in bitcoin while in the credit card we can not get the money.
