well i guess the support problem is because of bunch of multi accounts or bots that spam them emails and they have to undergo all of those to check the real letters
i see a lot of newbie people nowadays who are posting a lot of new topics about how reputable dice websites are scamming people and so on, i guess we shouldnt pay too much attention to it
There isnt any restriction that one should not be able to post what he thought about a gambling site if his account is a newbie here. In fact some people use leftover / new account to voice crazy opinion such like this without presenting any proof to back his claim (plus this will leave his main account harmless, assuming he has one )

Little? it needs to be alot faster. Kinda funny for the current leading dice site in this industry to have slowish support however things might change soon as MICRO has stated they will add another support staff soon

i only agree with this, the rolls on prime dice is supper slow and it is getting really annoying . while other gambling dicees are having faster rolls

How long have Primedice been up and running and how many "reputable" members like dooglus have looked into them and their provably fair? If there has not been anything come from that member then I will continue to play their and deposit as well as some of the others you mentioned. Granted their support could be a little faster.

6. Support has been excellent for a very long time.
I don't play there anymore since I stopped playing dice, but the support was great and they answered either "really fast" or later the same day.

That is correct and incorrect at the same time. Primedice is a dice site, it's a business. So of course money is key. BUT, if users were not happy with the site, then primedice wouldn't be able to MAKE any money off them, correct?

Every now and then a troll comes by and say oh I lost there it must be scam. And writes some fake options.
Primedice is the most reputed and old dice site. But after seeing what satoshi dice did any site can turn scam. but still if it is rigged post proper proof or your making huge posts is useless.

primedice is one of the old dice game so it hard to get down

There is absolutely no way in hell that this claim is true. There are so many bullshit companies out there (Comcast, EA, etc.) which have exponentially worse customer support. There is no possible way that little Primedice was voted worse than these big wigs, unless the poll took place solely within the Bitcoin community (and even then it's misleading/partially inaccurate).

Try betting more than 1000 satoshis, and your rolls are fast as lightning.
They aren't going slow because of 'server' issues. Their API is set to limit the speed so the server doesn't crash from the volume of bets that go through per second.
You could also use your brain and make a script that uses the API directly to bet, and your bets would even go faster... Source: I use a bot that does this, and my bets are way faster (even when betting ZERO).
Every Client seed is nonced, and unless your NONCE is skipped, there is no way they could have possibly rigged your rolls, unless of course the rolls don't verify, in which case they rigged it. But of course, that hasn't been the case here EVER.

Maybe Primedice doesn't have regular customer support guys on staff only mods in the chat and Stunna is handling the customer complaints who knows.

No point in spamming their bitcointalk thread, they won't respond here either! Primedice was voted to have one of the worst support system's on the entire web! Not only should you wait normally around a week for a reply, but they don't fix anything! If you accidentally deposited to your old account, expect 4-5 exchanges of emails (around a month) to get your account back. People call support a complete JOKE, but again, Stunna doesn't care! He's still making money. If anything goes wrong, don't waste your time and just give up! I'd rather call up Indian support who knows 0% English than deal with Primedice.
Got any other reasons? If this isn't enough, what is? Will you have to hear that Primedice is scamming so you don't play? No, just choose ANY other website to play on. ....
Well for this point I have issue and I have sent it to PD support since 21 Jun 2015 . The problem is THEIR SUPPORT IS STILL NOT RESPOND AT ALL UNTIL NOW.
I do not know is their support is really handle with human or not.
