Well I quite agree with you to some extent but I do not totally agree. The truth is that most bounty rewards are not being released to bounty participants almost immediately after when it ends and they now prefer to give investors first thinking bounty hunters will dump the token and therefore lead to a fall in the price. Such that by the time bounty hunters have access to the coin it will be worthless. For this reason stated, bounty campaign cannot be fully depended on but rather as a support to one's main job.

To any business, you need to have a serious attitude, and then your result will also be appropriate. Otherwise there will be only an empty time, without significant results.
I personally believe bounty campaigns are just a waste of time. if you look at most bounty hunters they are spambots that do absolutely no advertising for the project. I think that if the goal is to achieve decentralized distribution of the tokens/coins for later exchange, then cool, bounties are a good idea, but I also think that their advertising potential is low unless the bounty manager is extremely strict with applications.
