My take is bounty campaigns are a great tool to learn: you have the chance to learn about projects, learn mechanism, people without spending a dime. On the other hand, you will make some extra bucks!

I believe that we need to be serious when we work in jobs and I think it's not for the bounty campaign only because this is for the whole jobs that we want to do. without seriously, we cannot get maximum result and we cannot achieve what we want from the jobs and besides that, if we are working with seriously, it will gives us a passion to gives the best contribution for the jobs and it will give a good impact on us which is we can earn something from the jobs.
I do take bounty campaign seriously because I consider this as a full time job. spending more than 5 to 6 hours a day to complete each task especially if you are participating in many bounties and different campaigns. It also let me earn a decent amount of money to sustain my monthly needs.
Bounty campaigns are of course serious work. They are like online marketing jobs. Any freelancer in any field would do wonders in bounty hunting. This is a serious job with a serious income and it should be taken that way. Taking it not serious enough and you could end up wasting your time for nothing.
On my humble opinion, I don't prioritize doing bitcointalk forum bounty campaign as my main source of income but as a secondary source. We know that bounty campaign doesn't pay sometimes or even some ICO fails meaning you wont have any profit from doing these tasks. But I do it whenever I got free time after work and do it full time on weekends and day offs. I know you can have multiple accounts but that is against the regulation of the forum and bounty camp and can lead to permanent ban on your accounts.
Of course everybody should treat bounty campaigns seriously. I would love to be able to do bounty campaigns as a full time job, but in order to do this you need to have some cash set aside, because it takes a long period of time untill you get paid and you are able exchange the tokens.
Yes, the better the content, the better the rewards. Stuff like translations and content creation offer the most as you need to be seriously good or creative to be able to reap the rewards of those high payouts

Because bounty campaign needs a lot of time and in order to accomplish it you must set a side something. Bounty campaign compose of different works such as signature campaign, facebook campaign, twitter and etc. and it requires a lot of time in posting and making good quality of a post and because of it most of your time consumes. I take my bounty and or (Signature Campaign) very serious, as of right now I am unemployed not because I choose to, but my mother in law is very sick and on hospice, I stay at home and help take care of her. In my opinion, bounty campaign is a very decent job. You are here in forums sharing ideas and learning new things while you are gaining is the best part of joining bounty campaign.
Of course, to participate in signature campaigns ICO on this forum should be taken seriously, as for any other work. This work is paid well, so it needs to give proper amount of effort, knowledge, patience and time. It's my first Signature campaign and I’m learning a little about what we live on a daily basis in the Bounty campaign. Now a campaign of Bounty generally offers for the bounty hunters, marketers, influencers, etc. Social media campaigns, Signature, translations, Content creation all together.

Well I agree somewhat. Generally if you make much more doing something else then why do you want to do bounty. I have a little time left for crypto which I currently spend bounty since doing bounty has some other advantages as well. However I stopped doing bounty for a month when I created my own two coins for learning. I didn't get much chance to do bounties during that time but it was a time well spent.

Me my self have gotten much advantages from participating in this forum, so I do it not for the alternative but as the main way to earn money.

Ofcourse bounty hunter must be serious when doing bounty campaign because it provides extra income but making it is a main source of income is not a good option. Relying bounty rewards for everyday leaving will not lead you to success. Better invest the reward token for more profit in future. Isn't it a struggle when you are involved in a bounty campaign and the coin or token behind it never even sees listing on an exchange? I assume that's a large percent of all the bounty campaigns who are only looking to scam money from people who will be dumb enough to buy their no value ICO tokens... so I'm not sure how going full time in bounty hunting would prove worth it.
