Bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency and in a kingdom we have only one king, which means no one can be like or act like the king. This is how bitcoin is to these altcoins, since they are duplicate of bitcoin and bitcoin is decentralized while most of the altcoins are centralized making it impossible for a PoS coin to be like Pow because the two are different.
It is impossible for you to see such altcoins, so just forget about it.
But that's not what OP was asking, but similarities in coinomics. And honestly these aren't features people even want to copy. Small supply with less decimals isn't very practical for every day smart contract use. I am guessing bitcoin needs to add decimals later on. Not the supply but decimals.
And to answer OP's question. There are many coins with max supply, and i am guessing many of them are PoS. Like cardano for example. It just has more coins (45,000,000,000 with 18 decimals instead of 21 with 8 decimals). And halving in it isn't "halving", but gradual decrease of incentives. And i am sure cardano isn't the only one of doing that either. It's just first one that popped into my mind being a pos and all.
