This isn't known but the charts give little hope of alts season. The past days have been good for lots of alts hopefully it continues like that to at least year end.
No one knows actually when will alt season starts as many crypto users are waiting for it to happen. There are some top coins to earn and if we look into the market alt season takes long to grow this year. If no alt season gonna happen this year probably by next year. Indeed their is a hope for alts to increase and I am also holding it until I can take a profit.

Alt season posts everywhere. It's still unknown when the alt season will come at least if you're an alt coin holder for most on your portfolio, there's a small chance that we will be there sometime.

I assert that it will never come soon. I have been waiting for more than 1 year but the price of altcoin still goes down and there is no sign of recovery. Maybe altcoin will die in the future
Shitcoins will definitely die in the future and those potential altcoins will sure to survive and has bigger chances to pump in the future. I have huge losses on altcoins in the past but i never lost hope that one of these days, potential altcoins that i have been holding for years will make a good price recovery. Not totally the same with 2017 but i know i will still make profits from them.

altcoin season is a pretty sensitive dictionary for me now. I had been hoping for a day when bitcoin dropped and the alts soared and regained its value as early as 2019, when Bitcoin dominance was only 45%.But Bitcoin is now still the most influential coin, after it plummeted on September 25, the altcoins were even more vulnerable.
I think the altcoin season is very far away and we should focus on bitcoin to seek profit there. altcoins will continue to be drowned and many businesses will die. Don't risk, either trade bitcoin, or hold USDT to wait for a good time and buy.

It's hard to predict when the altseason will start but I agree rather than we wait for the altseason to start, why don't we accumulate the tokens that we have because many tokens and coins are very cheap and are traded at large exchangers. I think altcoin is good, I have great liquidity that won't die and maybe even grow bigger

I am not expecting high From Altcoin Market. I only consider ETH to progress, rest of the altcoins are valueless for me. I think one of the reason why Altcoin Isn't progressing because of bitcoin. Most of the crypto people are interested in bitcoin so It's really hard for any altcoin to cross the border.
Altcoin is also a part of our crypto world. But I can't hope for any good news soon. I want to stick with bitcoin. Maybe Ethrereum will have a good season soon.

If you expect a big altcoin season like in the past, then I think you will have to wait a very long time, We will only have small altcoin seasons, and they happen often from the beginning of 2019 to now, and they can last through the year.

Nobody know alt season will happen or not, but everyone in crypto waiting for alt season after a long bear market. I hope the year of 2020 crypto will be better than this year.
Patience patience, after a little bit of uprise of altcoins from the bear situation here's comes again a sadly and shocking quick price drops of altcoins in the in the coin market cap, specailly bitcoin is hurt to seen at almost 10 percent of down fall their price in week. But of ofcourse as crypto ethusiasm we always strong hope that price goes back again into a normal in the right time.
By the way, now it is full of stable coins, maybe this is the reason that there is no altos growth?
