Amazon is a big company and expect that they are already doing some research and studies if ever they have to accept bitcoin. There are some consequences like the bitcoin's prices are unstable. But i think they will think it over and will still accept it.
most likely certainly because for now, of course, many companies also still think of adopting bitcoin again because the value is still not yet a great change. so when the value of bitcoin experiences a high price increase, Amazon companies and others will also adopt bitcoin again
Even bitcoin price is low there are some Amazon companies accept it as payment but I think people won't spend their Bitcoins as payment if it is in a low value. They wait until it grows to have profit than spending on. Amazon market know what is the characteristic of bitcoin as well they accept as an investment. 
Amazon and other global brands accepting bitcoin is not a big thing, it'll make a big change in the growth of bitcoin. But they won't make it come true, even if it happens surely it'll come to reality through third party usage. Because the volatility will easily affect the businesses.
Of course it will be a big thing because it means that crypto will have a good chance to be globally accepted if big online retailers are going to accept it.
But the sad fact is that they simply won't because of bitcoin or crypto volatility, unless they get someone in between, or a payment processor like Bitpay to help them out curb bitcoin volatile nature.

Yes of course! You know already that amazon is an online shop where it can sell and buy products anywhere on the globe. It might use the bitcoin again since they think that many users will prefer to pay in digital wallet than cash due to the fact that it is not anymore a hassle for their customers. Amazon will become also interested to integrate bitcoin with payment method so that many people will buy to them and use their app. However, they protect their clients in volatility so, they think that bitcoin is something delicate to be medium of payment nowadays.
I’m sure they’ve done some research already about cryptocurrency and with bitcoin of course but maybe they are just waiting for the right time. I’ve heard about the new Samsung phone, which enables cryptocurrency maybe this is the start for a big players to slowly adopt the technology, we will see this when the market pumps.
I strongly agree with your statement because I am sure they must have a sales strategy to be able to get the most from Bitcoin and it should be a good time to collect as much bitcoin as they can because the price is very cheapand request for it is very large. believe in the demand system dude.

I think Jeff Bezos will not be so stupid that he will accept bitcoin when it increases. Large businesses now want to get more bitcoin because its price is cheap. Currently there are a lot of businesses looking to the crypto market and waiting for a good result.
Amazon is largest marketplace and if they decide to receive bitcoin as a payment, i think the price of bitcoin will rising. Its true that many large bussiness want bitcoin because crypto community growing bigger

For amazon the issue of the price is probably not a factor, the real issue is the amount of problems that adopting a new technology like bitcoin will bring, to begin with there is not a lot of demand for amazon to adopt bitcoin so they will have to make all of the necessary adjustments in their organization for very little or not profit at all, and then they will have to deal with people sending coins to the wrong address, slow confirmations and if they offered their own bitcoin wallet they will have to deal with hacks and similar stuff. I don't think so, because bitcoin is very difficult to predict and unstable value makes it impossible to accept it as a payment tool, but maybe Amazon will accept it if it is a stable coin. If a large number of people use cryptocurrency, then of course they will accept BTC like many others, they will do it for the convenience of customers, and here it’s not even the BTC price, but the number of people who use cryptocurrency.

As far as I know, being able to buy products on Amazon with BTC is by buying a gift card from gyft.com with BTC and then using it to pay for products purchased from Amazon. Although BTC has skyrocketed, in my opinion, it hasn't been able to make Amazon accept it as a payment. It's a fact to push the market demand's to go to the top again is through having a massive adoption. And Amazon's acceptance of bitcoin would definitely give that increase that everyone is thinking of. There's a rumor posted by CZ on his twitter that Amazon is likely to create their very own token and that will be surely used by their customers who are into crypto and will give it a try for most. As long as there's adoption it will trigger the market to become better again.
We don't know how big the effect is, but I'm sure it will affect demand. Because certainly people will see "what bitcoin payments really are?" and many of them are interested in trying it, more and more merchants that accept bitcoin like Amazon, eBay, Alibaba and etc. certainly will have a big influence on bitcoin and crypto
As long as Bitcoins price is so unstable, Amazon will certainly not start accepting Bitcoin. Surely it will take a long time until we can pay with Bitcoin on Amazon. The acceptance of crypto must still grow worldwide before it can be achieved. Only when this happens and the market is big enough, Amazon will jump on the crypto train, i am pretty sure. 
Ive heared a rumor before that amazon is planning to accept bitcoin . idk if that was true or they already take actions to implement it because i didnt access their web page yet . they arent bother with price unstability because bitcoin is built this way . the price cannot be stable forever as the demand and supply will move .
What merchants are waiting is the adoption . if all people will recognize cryptos . thats the time that they wont doubt using it as their official payment gateway .
