Fan of both platforms and with ARK's focus on building a self-sustaining ecosystem, we could be in for quite the ride
The start has already begun for Etherium so Etherium is already far in the race. Ark has so much catching up to do. But these are both promising projects. I am a fan of both Ark and Etherium. It is always good if projects try to become a better version of another. This will develop the entire crypto system.
Ethereum hasn't reached it's full potential yet. Just like Ark. Both of them will see much higher values in the future but for now i favor the Ethereum because it's a great coin that will always be usefull to crypto world in different ways. So it will only keep getting better. It will probably be one step ahead of Ark in the future too.
Even if the project of ARK is really very interesting and with a great potential, I do not see ark surpass Etherum !

Hell no...ark will never surpase ethereum, ethereum very big already..ark need 2-3 years to become as ethereum now..still need long journey to get there, but i must say ark is a very good coin.no doubt.

it is impossible. don't think ethereum just coin. ethereum is perfect project and those ICOs make value to ethereum. how can surpass ark?
I definitely agree. Ark is pretty tough, but the idea is not that wide and universal as Ethereum.One can build Ark on top of Ethereum, but can someone build Ethereum on top of Ark?
Can any unknown for the community of Arc. to surpass the long-standing leader of the Altkoins - the ethereum? The answer is obvious. Even the current well-proven coins can not be compared with the ethereum.

Ark will probably not surpass ethereum but it got the potential to be top 10. This is going to be another crazy year for altcoins.
Though ark is doing good as of the moment, its value is way too far compared to eth. However, there maybe a small possibility That it can surpass eth but i believe it will take a bit longer like say years. Ark may have amazing developers but so does eth and lately eth have been doing an amazing job despite the erratic changes on its value but its value have surprisongly inceased over the past months.
Ark has great potential and is growing nicely but I think for it to surpass Ethereum is quite a long stretch. Ethereum is established as one of the top coins and is expected to continue to grow. For ark to reach the current level of ethereum is still quite a stretch but at that point in time Ethereum will likely be at a much higher price.
I'm a true believer to ark from the day one . That's why I am holding some of them but as for now eth is on another level and have so many uses. For the future i am sure ark will be in a very good place but i am not sure if it will be enough to surpass eth.
I don't think that ARK can beat ethereum because tech giants are supporting ethereum and not ARK, so the main reason of me believing that ARK cannot beat ethereum is this and secondly if you see it's chart you will find that it is being pumped right now and it will be a matter of time when it come down and people will scream that it is a scam.
It won't pass up ethereum any time soon. It's being pumped right now, it's the flavor of the week. Don't you guys see the trend with all the altcoins? They're all just taking turns getting pumped and dumped.
Maybe I am still butthurt because I sold my ARK at 2$ when I bought at 0.25$, which was still a nice profit, but how the fuck can a coin just pump and pump with no actual development behind it? It is typical retarded hype again, there is no solid tech behind it (yet), just speculation and will continue to pump until it folds like a cardhouse. There has been no recent development, just attention and ARK in everybodys mouth. ARK price was on a 0.20-0.40 range for very long and suddenly moons like crazy. I would be very careful now. If something pumps 10x within 2 months you don't buy in if you are not a madman. I'd rather expect it to pump some more, only to be in a long list of overhyped projects afterwards that suddenly got cuts of 50% to 70% and don't move for months. Examples for this would be Bitshares (+EOS), Stratis, Iconomi, Siacoin, Waves, Steem and many others. All of them never recovered close to their ATHs for months now because they were ridiculously overhyped and overpumped.
The ride was nice, they made enough money, but now they also have to deliver and develop. They just had good marketing so far. but if you expect it to pump even more within such a short time and defy all laws of market, logic and cryptos itself, you will bleed and cry.

I agree that ARK is a good project with great potential but it is a long stretch of imagination

but this is a pump that cannot last for long, sell and get your profits and look for the next project that is going to give to you those kind of profits again.

I do not see ARK surpassing ETH ever. However, I do believe that ARK can be a top 10 coin over time. It is a great project.
