Binance has good potential to beat ethereum, it's just a matter of time when it happens because currently Binance already has many kinds of developments such as having its own smart chain and having an exchange that can have high trading volume and is widely used by big people, so binance already has the power to defeat ethereum.

Very likely possible because Binance is so hot now in crypto. Because of Ethereum crazy gas fee, Binance popularity become solid and mature. It is also known as one of the best chain with lower cost to executive transaction. I will not be surprise if Binance become the rank 2.

If there are any coin which could be the next Ethereum or next to Ethereum, is only binance coin (bnb). Within last few years, bnb has made a big change in crypto market. Bnb always thoughts about users facilities and tried to make themself bettter. And now result is know to all. Even now most of new altcoins are choosing bnb blockchain and feeling comfortable to be a bep20 tokens. Thus bnb market cap is also growing as rocket. If this flow remain continue, then soon bnb could be the next Ethereum as i think.

It all depends on Ethereum willingness and ability to resolve the high gas fee issue on its network. Binance smart chain offer this benefit to upcoming projects and the adoption is increasing drastically. If Ethereum can fix this issue, then binance smart chain do not stand a chance, if not, BSC would take over.

Yes, i believe that Binance will be the next ethereum. There are many reasons to call it as next ethereum but i mentioned one thing that is coin burning. According to the CZ, 1,296,728 BNB worth $390,855,150 USD was burned in the 16th BNB Burn. This is huge amount normally the price will go to the moon and can take the place of ethereum.

in some aspects binance might be able to compete with ethereum to run their own chain, I think there are some new projects that joined the bsc network when eth fees were still very high a few months ago, and it is still continuing until now, but if to exceed ETH I guess it's still very far away.

I think low transaction fees cannot be a reason for BSC to replace Ethereum as the king of altcoins. Because there is a possibility that BSC transaction fees will be high when BNB prices are high. However, BNB has the advantage of a limited supply, so when BNB adoption is greater than Ethereum, the price of BNB is easy to increase.

I don't know if Binance will be the next Ethereum, but I think there will always be a comparison between the two. And there will always be competition between the ETH & BNB.

As it stands binance smartchain already plays the role as the most popular blockchain in recent months. Its interoperability with the ethereum Blockchain also gives it a big incentive for existing ERC 20 projects making cross-chain integrations much easier and efficient.
BSC still has some way to go before it can topple ETH as the king for altcoins blockchains, but it has the capability to do that

I DO NOT agree with you, because ethereum will always be the best for me. and binance will not be able to become ethereum because ethereum and binance have different networks. and although there are currently many new projects using the BEP-20, there are still many who continue to use the ERC-20. because a lot of people are just looking for opportunities in Binance's popularity.

In crypto world, everything is possible to happen. Binance attract more attention and investors because it has a huge potential to grow in the future. Also using BSC is really good because of the very lower transaction fees and fast transaction unlike in Ethereum with a very high gas fee. Although Ethereum still has a huge demand, there is a possibility that BNB will surpass Ethereum in the future.

- The task would be easier if our community didn't continue to call it the next generation of ethereum because according to the mouths of quite a few people, they just always refer to both names at the same time when reminded, they have no separation and number one is still better than number two, that's all thinking. Binance needs to show the community that they are not a shadow and don't live under the emotions of ethereum, their feature is better quality and more lead from theory to technology, let's separate people's thoughts in such a way to beat ethereum

Nothing can be ETH but ETH itself. And i don't think Binance will surpass it. Beyond ETH stays Vitalik who's a great developer and i believe it will made it even better. ETH brought us a lot of opportinities. It's not just a coin or asset.

Well, currently ethereum has dominated the altcoin market compared to BSC. it's just that, there are quite a few advantages that BSC currently has that can be a weapon to beat Ethereum. even today, BSC is still trying to grow more than ethereum does. however, still, currently quite a lot of people are inclined towards ETH over BNB.

This is because people love to use something new, at one time, with the tremendous growth of BSC, it gave developers excellent opportunities to implement their products, but at the same time, the Ethereum ecosystem does not stand still. There are excellent platforms with new blockchains that combine into one network, for example, ETH - Near Protocol allows many developers to lower the entry threshold. What makes the ETH ecosystem more popular and in demand is that there are many options for developing ideas and implementing them to new devolopers and users. So we will definitely not see bnb domination anytime soon

a also stated this in another thread but will tell again , maybe BSC is good and fast or getting good but it is still much less decentralised as ethereum , think that is going to be an important issue for BSC when you talk about "the next ethereum"
