I have only seen positive gains as of late, so no, I Don't see it going back below $400 any time soon. Only up from here is what my prediction.
Yes, that's what we expect and we want that price should climb up and not fall down, I don't see it going below $400 until halving occurs, but not sure about the price after couple of months of halving.

yesterday the price had dropped to touch $ 415. I was quite scared if it should be down to $ 400. fortunately that did not happen, and now go up to $ 425

The price dipped to below $390 earlier. Good thing it went back up to the $400 level, I guess there'll be more buyers now that they're seeing BTC as a 'cheaper' one.
When did it dip below $390? (Or perhaps... on which exchange did this happen?) The lowest I'm seeing recently is ~$409 around 30 hours ago (05:00 on Feb 24, UTC). After rising again, there was a dip to around $415 (Bitstamp) or $420 (Bitfinex), followed by the recovery diegz mentioned.

I think there are possibilities for bitcoin to go sub $400 by the coming months before halving. We can expect a decrease in the value when halving is gonna take place. At that fall it may go sub $400 as the halving provides a steep rise in the price.
For the next few months, the bitcoin could go below $400 briefly. In the next year, it will not go below $400.
With todays market rate and with the upcomming halving this June, I think the price will not fall down to $400 anymore. It may remain sable for quite some time @ $400 and these following months, we will see more changes. I hope it positively rises and at a stable price.
In 6 months, I think the bitcoin price will never fall below $400. The price will probably $1000 in 6 months.

if you see the current prices continue to rise and the issue of halving I think it is impossible to go back to $ 400
Will it depends if theres no sudden pump in altcoin like what they did this past few weeks. Also if theres no drama or hacking incident in some website.

I would be very careful with such definite statments, especially if there are not backed by any arguments. Yeah, anything is possible, I believe if price drops down it would be playing between $300-$350 and its really difficult to predict it goes below that, price pump and dump part of bitcoins, nothing new in tit.
As said completely we can't say its not possible. There are possible for it to get going less than $400. I personally think it will be going down the $400 line in few months time

Actually there was no news. It were some market manipulators (whales) who had something planned.
But yes this is not uncommon for bitcoin. Most of the time it is not news but whales who manipulate the price.
I thought the price rise was due to the Core team agree to increase the block size of bitcon.
