as far as I understand the market today is the lowest point of bitcoin I think is up to the limit, and I think it's time bitcoin to rise from today onwards

yes the decline is still happening, but according to me now at the lowest point, bitcoin will rise and fall but not exceed the current value. and no one really predicts how long this will happen. just hoping for bitcoinn to increase again.
For now I can't say it will keep falling because bitcoin is starting to recover right now. And it's to early for bitcoin to show it's force (to dump up). Wait til the end of this year you will see what bitcoin price will do.

There are few things which will fix the price of Bitcoin and demand and supply is one of the major parameter for it. I think demand and supply will increase a lot in coming days and in turn Bitcoin price will see a rising trend.
The exchange hack is not the actula reason for that price fall becuase the oe who hacked the funds will sell out later so it will keep the market as always but it created some impact that negativity about bitcoin which created the price to falls,we call it as panic selling.
we really do not have to worry about lowering bitcoin value where its downturn this year but I've read in forums so many analysts say that there is good bitcoin price news as they say prediction could hit 20k according to co-founder.

of course not, do not be afraid the bitcoin price can definitely increase again because I'm sure bitcoin has a very good potential to be one of the most expensive coin in the world and bitcoin also has a very limited supply so it can make bitcoin expensive.

nobody knows and bitcoin is hard to predict, I think it's a tough year for bitcoin because bitcoin prices keep going down but I have to stay calm and believe that bitcoin will definitely recover and have a high price again

No it does not look like it will fall any more because it is already at a low point in time. All the investors who have purchased their coins when the price was high are holding and waiting till the market recovers. But there is still that element of stability that is giving hope pf the boom that does not last longer. Better make your own plans to cash of hold even it is boom. I dont think bitcoin's market value will keep falling. As we all know that btc has a great potential to recover and will go bullish due to its high price increase and high demands in the future. Though bitcoin's market value had gone dipped for the past days, but it had already regained it strength for now, bitcoin is gradually recovering.

It could be that bitcoin will fall further but it will not be forever, a bright future will surely come and the market will grow. Be patient and do not panic, bitcoin will surely rise and you will benefit.

Just always believe that the market price will still grow even though it was falling today, remember when china banned ico's in their country, the entire market is also affected and dumping but bitcoins still manged to reach $19k dollar before the year ends.

Yeah fluctuations make everything possible and this will be unpredictable, you can do the analysis if marketcap and volume start to enlarge, the price is likely to rise slightly, if you volume decreases, it could be the price will decrease again, that's just my opinion alone, you can do your own analysis 
I think many investors are waiting to buy, and will fill in when we dive below 5k. Its a game of patience.
Investors, regardless of what market they originate from, always look at the fundamentals of the charts and they will then enter based on that. I think that I am comfortable enough to put 50% of my balance in one single buy as soon as it drops below $5000 (if it ever happens). In the last weeks and even months it have been 5% buys mostly, and I'm glad that I have been very conservative thus far. My goal was and still is to buy the bottom, and this will definitely help me do that. On the other hand hand, the market can rocket up at any time -- patience is a great aspect, but could just as easily end up working against you.
I do think that many people are waiting in the $5k level but then it might not reach it or if more whales are willing to drive the value to that price then I think it would happen. Looking at the charts, those who short the market is slowly dwindling down so maybe they cannot push the price lower anymore. In the news, positive news appeared more than negative news so maybe its the last straw when they were able to push the price down below $6k level but went back up so it might be the start of a new bull run. I hope so.

Can't tell when but it will have a strong pump after these. Is just for us to keep patience and never take these dip as a big deal, it happens several times already and I may think that we are all aware of that. It is actually a long and hard test for us to determined who can take the risk.

Of course bitcoin is not stable so its normal that its price is turning ups and down. That is not new for us here in bitcointalk forum. Do not panic and wait until the price is rise again. There is a reason why the bitcoin is falling again after it rise a few days ago. Well, when it comes the time like this just hold your bitcoin or maybe you could invest it or buy bitcoin when its a low price.
