“Tackling Climate Change Using Blockchain”

You have a point that may be a big point to really be considered. As bitcoin is the first other coins may just have advantage of improving what bitcoin didn't achieve in the process similar to Nokia. But know that bitcoin and other coins didn't have that much difference unlike cellphones. No matter how old, still bitcoin can be used just the same and don't have to wear down like the hard actual hardware because it affects functionality. This shows how hardware can be so different to software or data. It doesn't have to change to be appreciated and become used like the hardware of cellphones.

I have high hopes and confidence in the ability of a large crypto Bitcoin currency in the future so it will not lose its market share, but in the end it will continue to govern the entire crypto currency community. However, if the very promising crypto project comes with their own coins. things might swing in a direction far from Bitcoin. Ethereum, Ripple is a complete project for Bitcoin places on the market and they are both promising and have the potential to pass Bitcoin, but it will soon happen is anyone's guess.

I also don't believe this but it is true that the current situation of bitcoin market indicates that bitcoin may lose the market share.

Undoubtedly, everyone knows the name of Nokia, and, with its words, quality and performance are brought into the minds of individuals. Nokia was one of the first mobile phone companies in the world. In 1998, Nokia was able to rely on the royal palace of the mobile phone companies, and the largest share of mobile phone sales. But with the advent of Apple's phones and Android phones, the share of Nokia has fallen sharply so that they were eventually bought by Microsoft in 2013.
In my opinion, Bitcoin has a way that Nokia. Bitcoin technology is old compared to other Altcoin. Bitcoin was the first, but perhaps not the best.

Bitcoin is not like Nokia as they have different technologies and potentials people might see in them that is why I don't believe Bitcoin will fall just like what had happened to Nokia. As we all know that Altcoins that are either new or old still kneel to the king which is Bitcoin until these days and of course it will in the future. Altcoins are dependent and will always depend on Bitcoins price no matter what happens.

I am pretty sure it will, once regulations are in place. AML BitCoin will be bitcoins strongest competitor.AML BitCoin rests on a privately regulated public blockchain that facilitates AML-KYC compliance and identifies criminals associated with illicit transactions while maintaining and strengthening the privacy protections for legitimate users.

Bitcoin may not be the best as you expected but I am very sure that is different from the rest, bitcoin will make us proud soon.

I think Coins that are not used but only store values may die and most of those who will live will be people who have the sole purpose of utility tokens. BIockchain is only a decade away, we haven't seen the biggest explosion yet.
Wait for blockchain adoption to mature because that's when you will see how bitcoin will sweep shitcoins.

I think it all depends on the community, so far bitcoin has a lot of fans in the crypto world, everyone knows what the purpose of creating bitcoin is, maybe bitcoin is not as expected now, but I'm sure in the future it will come true, so bitcoin doesn't will never lose market share but vice versa.

Don't you think you gave an answer to your question yourself?
When Nokia used to be one of the largest shareholder of the cellphone industry, they didn't upgrade and so, were left behind in the competition. But, after Microsoft "adopted" Nokia, it saw a complete makeover of its style where a cellphone was converted to smartphone after which the name is back in competition.

Yes, you are correct in this manner and I believe that some new investors are gathering a lot of Bitcoins as well as some better developers are joining hands to keep it going still at the lowest fees possible - so get ready to see a makeover of Bitcoin as well where we will come out with a bigger and better Bitcoin very soon which will dominate the whole crypto world completely once again the way it is doing ATM.

the difference is that Apple and Android has been good products instead of being pure shit.

bitcoin was NOT the first but it is the BEST among the existing cryptocurrencies. it may not be the best thing you can hope for because it is not perfect but nothing is ever perfect in the world.
calling bitcoin technology "old" is like calling a 3 month old infant an "old timer". Cheesy

I think it's right because bitcoin displays everything in cryptocurrency because it has the largest volume of today and the most beautiful coin in all altcoins.

But bitcoin is the best when it comes to future use for online payments or transactions. Others may have this feature but they also have utility aspects which can hinder it's main purpose. Bitcoin is built solely for that purpose and is currently #1 in popularity and use.

We still don't know about the future, but there is a possibility to occur about what you said.
Bitcoin maybe can be replaced by other altcoins because bitcoin is not the best. There are many coins better in speed, anonymity, fees, than btc.

Original comparisons you have! I believe that bitcoin has a future and it is sure to show the world its blockchain technology. It can change people's lives for the better. Everyone talks about money, but we need to talk about technology.

Although bitcoin is not the best but bitcoin will continue to be a priority for crypto investors as long as bitcoin continues to be a destination in the trade world even though more and more altcoins appear in the crypto market.

however bad news and bad circumstances I think bitcoin will still exist and develop because it is investors' development that makes it even better according to me the development of bitcoin investors who can make it grow
More investors are coming for sure with bitcoin because of its growing technology. Many companies learned a lot from NOKIA and for sure, banking industry are seeing this and don't want this thing to happen with their company. I'm confident that many industries will adopt bitcoin and its technology and this can be the reason why bitcoin will still matter in the future.

I think that next September is the month of altcoin, you can see that the days of the altcoin are constantly increasing very strongly, so I believe that this time you should only invest limited time on altcoin. Bitcoin prices are still bearish in the long term and I believe the market will continue to decline until the end of 2018.
