My prediction is far different from what others feel about the bitcoin price in the next few months. I do believe that bitcoin will collapse again at the 9700usd rate. Then I expect Bitcoin to go down to $4k to $3k.. Then a couple of up and downs. In the next few years we could see Bitcoin at $25000
I suppose the price result in the following couple of weeks until this ETF nonsense is over will determine the price but I still don't expect a big price rise this year but at the same time I am expecting a solid price rise but a slower one which can bring us back to approximately $10k this year.
(I also hope that my speculation is correct because personally I consider $25k in 5 months a bubble at this point and bubbles don't end well).
considering halving is in 2020 I'd say 6 figures is nothing. we will see at least something very close to $100k by the end of 2019. possibly somewhere around $70-$90k and the halving itself will be a big rise this time because the first time we saw a big rise, the second time people were denying it but we had a big rise, but the third time which is 2020 people won't deny it anymore and will jump on board and the rise would be even bigger.

OP, your time frame is so short. I believe you should be asking what will the price of Bitcoin be a few months before, during and after the halving.

Youre a senior member but still dont know how to engage with this ?this has been asked a thousand times i think and the answer is the same.NO ONE KNOWS WHAT WILL BE THE PRICE OF BITCOIN and even if this so called "experts" will answer you literally still thats only a speculative ideas so why not just wait for what will be the price by end year,and besides its only 5 months to go from now

Is there even a bull run going on dude? 25k is not impossible but if you look at it realistically, chances are slim. End of year would definitely see us recover but not in an agressive way like how 2017 ended.
If EFT is accepted. I believe Bitcoin will easily get $ 25k or more by the end of the year. Let's wait for a decision from EFT
anything is possible with bitcoin but i don't think we can set a new ATH in just 5 months while we are not even in a bull run. if we have had a solid bull run for at least 1 month and prices has been rising so far then it might have been possible but in order to reach there we first have to get out of this accumulation stage then start rising slowly and have some panic sells (two major slow phases) then start rising faster (so far 5 months will go by with these 3 stages) then start having the bigger rise to a new ATH.

I think this possibility is small for bitcoin to reach $ 25,000 by the end of this year, although today the value of bitcoin is on the rise and this is good news for all of us.

I suppose that BTC will increase end of this year up to $15000, but there is more possibility to increase it dramatically.
For 25,000USD price I think is possible if the bitcoins price keeps going the same way it did as the year 2017 was about to end. If it can break 15,000 price by october then I will believe bitcoins can get to 25,000 by the end of the year.
The market is in a good position today, we heard good news about cryptocurrency but I also think bitcoin will have a hard time to make a new all time high. But I’m sure next year bitcoin will boom instantly. ETF will be a big factor this year, I hope for a big pump again.

Speculations said that bitcoin will cross not only $25,000 at the end of this year but more than that. But I won't expect more than that so if ever bitcoin crosses only $15,000 for this year that will be enough. The most important thing to me is I can see that bitcoin is moving upwards and not downwards.
And after that, the pattern is obviously going up to the price that we've been expecting.
i'm guessing it's just a bounce/bull trap, but maybe i'm just scarred from the 2014-15 bear market.
this kind of crash leaves levels upon levels of resistance that the market needs to test now. more than likely, we'll fail at one level or another, and then it's back to shorting the market if you want to maintain USD value.
maybe we'll see new ATH this year but, probably best to temper those expectations. especially considering all the money poured into altcoins/tokens last year and earlier this year..... i still feel like this market needs to come back down to reality a bit.

Not a chance imo. Even with ETF approval you won't see $25k this year. The soonest you should expect the new ATH is H2 2019/H1 2020 (prior to halving).

I do not think we will see prices above 10000 dollars this year. I think the bears collecting power to lower the price. If the ETF will not approved we will see sub 4000 dollars.

It should cross 25000$ by the end of this year because it has already touched 20K. Only BTC has power to touch new horizons. Every crypto trader is waiting for the last months of this year. I hope this wait will force traders to invest more in BTC. When there will be more investments then price will be rocking. Let's hope to see a new record by BTC.
