The existence of bitcoin is more than gold. Bitcoin in the digital world has a higher price than gold. Not visible but more and more people are turning to bitcoin because of the advantages of bitcoin faster and very practical storage.

I think Bitcoin will not replace Gold, Gold is real while Bitcoin is Digital, but if it is about price, Bitcoin has defeated Gold ...
bitcoin and gold have more specific characteristics and basically the function is almost the same that is for investment, but there is a difference here people may prefer gold because stored in a long time will be safe and there is a reality. people are more confident with something that looks different from bitcoin that the level of security and risk we do not know and the shape was not visible.
No, i think both have their own characteristics, each is having its own importance. Bitcoin is having characteristics of easy to be used, quick to be transferred, simple to be invested and gives a high output but it cannot be denied that its price is unstable, if we talk about gold then its price is stable but to be invested first we have to cash out the gold by selling it which is a very time consuming and complicated process. Yes both can give each other a tough competition but it is not  easy for them to replace each other.
In asset community, I think Gold is the best asset for saving long time.
Because its value always keep stable at high price and there is no reason to dump the price of Gold easily like Bitcoin.
For how many years of existing of gold beside it was been most trusted by others so if you are having this you can claim your self as a reach person cause you have this , so in this case bitcoin will never been replace gold because they have the different characteristic.

I think that bitcoin is unlikely to replace gold as it is a widely known currency as if to say and many trust her with bitcoin, but in time the credibility will appear

Blockchain Just Entered The Real World

if you just see at the price, you are wrong.
maybe bitcoin price is better than gold, and the existance of bitcoin is good for now, but later for many years you will see we must be back to gold. and using gold for investment
Gold is something of great value and it has existed for a very long time, the history of gold than any other asset I know. Bitcoin is not the competitor of Gold, it is only the new asset and it is also a digital currency (exactly is crypto currency). Unlike Gold, Gold has real value and we can bring it to anywhere.

It's same like compare in between the Gold and artificial artwork, gold seem much "cheaper" than artwork as human are more prefer the beautiful things, thinks about after 100 years, an auction of 1 BTC from century, the start price is $3million.  Roll Eyes Tongue Tongue Tongue

Gold in general is no better. The value of gold is nothing more than a result of a global consensus - at the moment everyone agrees to consider gold a measure of value, simply because this measure is in some form or another necessary. If we assume a utopian situation, that tomorrow everyone agrees that gold is not such a measure, then it will be good only for the production of quality wires and trinkets.
The btc is gaining momentum for exactly the same reason - the global consensus towards the btc is constantly being strengthened. In this case, unlike gold, the cue-ball is not only a measure of value, but also a settlement system, and gold is not a competitor for this parameter.
I don't think it is possible because the main reason is that both of are totally different to each other and both of them have different field to use .
Gold is uses in the practical life for the ornament jewelry , so the demand of the gold is in the offline market only and at special occasion but in case of the bitcoin demand is in the offline and online both but made for the simple buy and sell another coin and make investment only to Ake faster earnings than what we can do with the gold .
So both of them will remain at thier place and no one can replace to each other .

Gold is in class of its own and it is valuable. Bitcoin can not replace Gold  because Gold is physical can be touched and kept but Bitcoin is abstract. You have bitcoin but you can not feel it or see it but figure in your wallet. It is true 1 bitcoin may be higher in price compare to an ounce of Gold. but the two are in a different class of their own.

I think bitcoin can not replace gold. Bitcoin and gold have their respective advantages. Gold is better known by people from various circles. As a precious metal, Gold also has a fairly high exchange rate. While bitcoin not everyone knows and feels the benefits of bitcoin.

We cannot say it surely. But there is a tendency to store bitcoin in countries other than trying to store gold. Therefore, gold could be replaced by bitcoin in some day.
Correct, I do not think bitcoin is going to completely replace gold, but there is no doubt that a tendency is starting where people are considering bitcoin before gold, especially those that are young so in the future when the demographics of the world changes and those that are young today become the adults of tomorrow they will have a deeper understanding of bitcoin and will know not much about gold and that will mean that more money is going to be invested in bitcoin than in gold.

Right. just like when the boom of the internet and until now, there is way more investment rolling in and out on the internet than in gold. The key is, there is always a change and is changing for the better - bitcoin is doing good and will stay for the future.

Bitcoin won't replace gold i think that gold will forever have a good value but bitcoin will go higher than gold because bitcoin is growing.
This is why i think that buying gold is a bad choice because you can make money with bitcoin.

Gold is just a reference. Now the market continues to develop, I think bitcoin can not be compared with gold. Now bitcoin users more and more, and bitcoin has more advantages than gold, there are many practical applications and bitcoin combination.

In addition to its economic aspect, Gold have various properties :
- Good electrical properties used in a lot of micro electronic / optoelectronique device
- Chemical inertness
- interesting properties for radiation control
- optical properties in thin film for coating or for generating some specific optical phenomenon
- good esthetic and material properties for jewelry.
- ....
When Bitcoin will have all those properties, maybe it may replace gold. But if not it will never
