I must say that I was surprised by this question, Elon Musk and Twitter's deal does not have a direct link with Bitcoin. What must have been confusing you is the reaction of the crypto when he (Elon Musk) tweets, but this deal in question has nothing to do with Bitcoin for now. More reaction could be triggered only if Elon Musk links the deal with BTC as a future plan in such a way that could either affect the coin negatively or positively.

A neutral takeover of a microblogging company can't hurt or help Bitcoin.

He did briefly post details of using doge as a system to regulate posting and ensure quality via some market price idea.   He then deleted it because its hard to make that true while also allowing the poor citizens able to post as easily as the better off and of course it would be uneven.   A good try at combatting spam perhaps, just having every post linked on a blockchain as a unique identity might be something but that is asking alot to implement.   Anyway the main idea is he is trying to integrate crypto still and that could easily count as good news in a speculative way even if the most likely outcome is he does nothing like a year back he just sold assets he bought.  In fact he might just sell twitter in future as well; I dont see how its core to his vision and its far too big to be a play thing that doesnt earn.

How does it relate in the first place for Bitcoin? I think it's out of the question between the deal of Musk to Twitter, it doesn't have to do with it. I think Dogecoin was more related to this discussion since it pump a little when Elon agrees again to buy Twitter (funny how people associate this kind of stuff). Unless he's back again with the sarcastic tweets involving Bitcoin.
You do you know that some just frame what just come to their mind to create thread,  so that is while it's necessary to scrutinized a thread before responding to it, indecencies that the body of the composition will be narrating another and the subject will use another thing as the letter heading, so it's very abnormal from my view of understanding of it.

So far, Elon Musk's tweets about bitcoin and good news about bitcoin have had no impact on bitcoin.
In fact, the pump is just a pump instead of changing the trend from bear to bull, because naturally this is a bear market where good news = nothing,
especially about Elon Musk buying twitter? haha of course it won't have an impact.
That is your word but what is the truth ?

Elon always makes the market shakes mate and if you are following the trend ? even shitcoin can have value once he pumped this so never under estimate everything that Elon can do .

specially twitter as one of the most popular social media in our time now? what could have the possible effect in crypto industry?

Of course it affects, but the influence of 1 or 2 people like Elon Musk will not be massive and occurs for a long time, we know that the current Bitcoin marketcap is more than $ 370 billion and what Elon Musk has saved is no more than 10% of the total marketcap , if he sells all the stock he has certainly will not be too influential.
that is the estimated Elon Holding but what is the truth?

Now, my question is what impact do you think Mr. Musk's purchase of Twitter will have on Bitcoin's price if he succeeds?
I don't see anything to do with bitcoin, but now I'd also like to hear your opinion on the same question.

I think the price of bitcoin will be affected if Elon Musk is willing to invest hundreds of millions of dollar in bitcoin right now. Obviously it will increase the demand in the market so can expect an impact on the price. But if he just buys twitter, it won't have any impact on bitcoin.

I can't imagine that this will do anything to help the price of Bitcoin, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on why you think Musk's purchase of Twitter might relate to the Bitcoin cryptocurrency.

I think Twitter and Cryptos are both in separate spaces.
Musk has purchased these for his own benefits. This won’t help the cryptos in any form, until and unless some miracles happens.
Mr Musk also don’t help in any price increase of cryptos, he just creates fake hype for it’s own benefits and sells when the price goes high.
Just a lame tactic to increase his wealth.
Yes he does nothing for short term. The position he took from Doge Coin was profitable for him. Normally he purchases large amounts at low prices and sell at high prices. Investors may not realize it at first, but later they get it. When the investors get to know Elon Musk already he had done what he needed to do. His tweets currently have no value in the crypto market.

Elon Musk has long been a controversial figure. There's no doubt that back in the day he was very influential in the space, bringing much needed attention to the industry. But that was then. Today Musk is irrelevant in crypto, and his recent tweet history only proves this point further. Nowadays, his tweets simply do not move the markets. There are no backed up claims, only baseless speculation that is ultimately uninformative at best, and misleading at worst. And while this fact may disappoint some of his fans and followers, it's simply a reality that those in crypto have to deal with.

The logical people say that Elon and Twitter do not have any real power over bitcoin and its price and know the reality that it is only us, the buyers and sellers that decide the price of bitcoin. However, the people who are chasing hype end up making bitcoin price move based on the tweets, and actions of Elon and so forth to make it volatile again, so even though the logical ones are right, the hype chasers make it look like they are wrong.

So the wise thing is to stay away from this, but the risky move is to ride the wave and that will make sure that there are some people who will make a profit out of this, and that’s an important key element to what will happen.

That's if he himself doesn't have that much influence, but if some of his friends also sell all of their cryptocurrency asset holdings into the market, I think the effect of falling prices will be much greater than what is expected. Because Elon Musk's friends are big investors and investors in Elon Musk's business. And Elon Musk himself also knows that they can be an influence for the market if they move in unison to get the things they want in the not too distant future.

I think it's a very natural thing to happen when Elon Musk's tweet about bitcoin doesn't have as big an impact on bitcoin as it did with Dogecoin and Shibainu. Because you also need to know that Elon Musk is an ordinary human being who has broad business skills and he is not a pump-making machine on any asset including Bitcoin.

So the pump on the price of Bitcoin I don't think has anything to do with someone's tweets including Elon Musk's tweets, because Elon Musk can say anything through his tweets, but it doesn't have to happen as he says, because he is also not a god who can change everything in this world

Elon musk did buy Twitter but I don't think it will have anything to do with Bitcoin for now,
we know that Elon musk is indeed a person who influences cryptocurrencies,
and if Twitter is going to accept cryptocurrencies then it might as well have an effect later, so just wait news comes again.
I think, Elon musk is an investor like you in the community, I don't think, he has the power to control the price of Bitcoin because Bitcoin is a decentralized currency that is not control by any investors in the community. If Elon musk win the case in court, I think, he will use the compensation money to buy Bitcoin in this bearish season and hold until the price of Bitcoin increase to $100,000 before he can supply to market to make a huge amount of money.  Elon musk is a potential crypto investor that is good in long term holding, even though the price increase higher he will not sell because he is waiting for the price of Bitcoin to hit $100,000 before he can supply to market to make a good incomes.
I do agree that it's about the hype and not about the news, if there is a hype to a news then that news could cause the prices to go up, if there is no hype to a news then it could be the greatest news and it would be nothing. This is why I believe that we shouldn't really be worried about anything right now, no news would be that much of a big deal, it's going to be a very boring thing in the end.

I personally would love it if bitcoin was impacted by this and went up, who wouldn't want that (aside from short futures buyers)? But just because I want it, doesn't mean it will happen, Elon could tweet about bitcoin everyday for the rest of his life, and as long as people are not hyped about it, it won't change a thing.

Elon Musk certainly has a big influence on the market, it is proven that Doge can skyrocket and has been ranked for more than a year, and Elon Musk has loyal followers who will always follow whatever he says, and our hope is that he can be active again to motivate users Cryptocurrencies
he did that in Dogecoin and in Shiba Inu , but I doubt that there will another big effect once he tries to pump a coin(at least wanted nothing to happen lol)

but I understand the sentiment as Elon Musk has proven several or many times about how he can influence the market to favor His plans and money bagging .

There might be some small effect as we knew how twitter being used for advertising yet we also knew that twitter is  a place of many scammers and FUD deliveries about crypto so I believe there are no big effect at all .

also consider that unless Musk delivers another words towards crypto specially His shitcoins? then there will be much in effect .

lets see if Doge can skyrocket Again once Elon make an statement again.

I do not find any correlation with this in the price movement of Bitcoin. Because Bitcoin and social media are completely different. Many may point to some sort of influence involving Elon Musk, but how logical that is is debatable. However, some altcoins that have Elon Musk investments may have a minor impact.
Other social media yes but for Twitter? I think it has some contribution in the crypto space and even Twitter now allows the use of crypto wallets in your profile. This is why many people are thinking that any news related to Twitter and Elon will have an impact in the price of cryptos but I don't think Elon musk have an investment in altcoin not even in btc or any other cryptos.
Twitter was never built for cryptocurrency.  Twitter like other social media is a media which is more popular especially for all popular and famous persons Twitter is a widely used social media. But now Twitter is used more for announcements and marketing of crypto projects, but maybe some good news on Twitter can have some effect on cryptocurrency but it won't have a huge effect.

I think he already quit cryptos long time ago but he is only interested on Twitter because he will use it on his business. I think Twitter is much bigger than in cryptos and it's more formal to have for a business personality like Elon musk than he will promote some kind of a meme coin.

The news is between the two private companies though Elon is kinda expose to cryptocurrency recently but I think the deal has nothing to do with Bitcoin. We can only concern about the future plan of Twitter with regards to crypto adoption and for now, we should wait for that and wait for this deal to fully close. Elon is crypto enthusiast, I’m sure he already have plans how to adopt cryptocurrency in twitter platform, let’s just wait for that.
I have this negative feeling that if Elon will succeed about Twitter, probably he will come to hype again crypto just for his own profits desire. The reason why many of crypto enthusiasts stay away from the influence of Elon since Elon is known already for his own greed. And I think whether he succeeded twitter or not, bitcoin has nothing to do about it and will never be affected again just by a single tweet that created its hype.
People have learned their lesson, when Elon Musk first showed his support the community was really happy about it, however when he supposedly changed his mind so quickly the community immediately understood that he was just trying to manipulate the market and earn some money in the process, and he was successful, but since then except for the part of the community that is excited about meme coins we do not really care about whatever he has to say about this market.

Bitcoin may have been quite affected way back then when Elon tweeted about it, but this time after all what Elon did to the crypto market most particularly to the first time investors that time, that until today they are still experiencing their bitter losses, I guess Elon is not that powerful at all to still influence the crypto market particularly with bitcoin. It’s like China that is not important at all to bitcoin, same thing for Elon Musk too. He maybe very influential person but definitely, we know already his bad intentions into crypto.
