As far as i know, it could happen if the project and its token cant be defined as security oand th second factor, it should not be centralised like xrp is. If these two factors are fullfiled , then it could be possible. It would be fun to watch that kind of scenario but i am not a fan of doge.

There was a big rumour in the Crypto market that Dogecoin will list in Coinbase. If it happens, we may able to see a big pump from Dogecoin. Doge is the dencentralized digital currency. This a massive news for all Doge holders. I don't find any official news regarding this. So, what do you think about it?

I thought coinbase will only list those coins which have proper project and roadmap. Technically they should not list Doge coin but we never know. The influence of elon musk can make them to list this coin on coinbase. If this happen, all those who are holders of dogecoin will get quick profits and their decision of accumulating dogecoin will be worth.

That's possible but depends on the qualification of Coinbase if Doge qualifies for them and if they want to list a much volatile token that is being played by many. We all know how Elon Musk love his Doge so we might hear some interest thoughts from Coinbase in the coming months, but its hard to really expect on this one.
I do agree that it is a risky move but also a profitable one. It is risky because people basically gamble when they invest into it, it can make 10x in a day, it can drop 90% in a day, nobody knows what is going to happen there and that is the biggest risk, will coinbase be willing to take that risk? I mean think about how much down time they get when there is a big move in bitcoin, when everyone goes to their website all at once all together they crash, doge will add into that and will make things harder for them.

But on the other side we are talking about elon musk, dude could tweet once and make it go up or down and he has that power, we have seen this before, where does coinbase make profit from? People buying and selling (trading fee) which is why adding another coin that has a nice volume with a potential of a huge volume would mean a lot for them.

Regardless of whether Coinbase list Dogecoin or not, the coin has proved that it has the potential to move up and is not a shit coin. You can find it on many exchanges for trading. I would ask question why not to list Dogecoin on Coinbase?

For now, I can't see any reason why it should not list Dogecoin.
It's a very famous coin and compared to so many coins, I would say: nobody really hates Dogecoin because it's not even existing a reason to dislike it. Likability is a very good reason for Dogecoin and Coinbase should not miss to list it.
The only reason to make a speculation about the future of doge to be used as a micropayment system.
Elon was joking about this coin too much and asking coinbase to listing a meme coin just another troll that already made by him. I personally will never believe that dogecoin can compliant with the NY regulation that followed by coinbase and this will never happen. I just call that as a meme coin and doge is far from our expectation in the past. This time is enough for doge with its current position.

Dogecoin has been added to PoloniEx Futures and can be traded at high leverages now. Not sure if this is the first exchange to do so, but I haven't heard of others. PoloniEx is #12 on this ranking https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ with a 24h volume of 182 million $, so this is quite big news imo and the bigger players surely are watching.

Doge has been in the spotlight in recent months and it is being blatantly manipulated for value following Elon Musk's tweets. Doge owns old technology and it's only slightly newer than bitcoin but Doge's community is strong and we can trust coinbase to list this project even though the community projects and technology are much better around.
Doge needs further decentralization and further technology upgrades to match its position on the current capitalization rankings.

Will Coinbase list Dogecoin?

Doubt. Coinbase list coins that are in interest of Coinbase owners. They seems to not hold any Doge, so they will never list it.  If you trade you should rather use Kraken. They are by far the best crypto exchange and they have listed Doge.

if coinbase list dogecoin probably dogecoin price will rise and it will go to moon. after the announcement of a billionaire elon musk about dogecoin some of companies are engaging in dogecoin as payment and probably be active in trading dogecoin pairs. doge/btc

Hard to say at the moment since coinbase is the most popular exchange and they only list top coins, although I know for a fact that doge coin stands a chance to get listed there cause it's already one of the most popular crypto thanks to Elon Musk's tweets, and it gain alot attractive during that period if Mark Cuban seems to like dogecoin, so yeah there's a chance coinbase might list it, for now we just have to rely on Elon Musk's tweets  Cheesy.

Elon Musk distracted serious traders a little and even amused them. But such a joke is actually not entirely funny. The Doge coin swing has shown many how three words from a successful businessman can lift any coin to the top from the Dogecoin meme to the main currency Bitcoin.

It will continue to be a wish until it happens. Listing doge isn't impossible but this is not the time to list doge on coinbase. Coinbase listing isn't by pump and dump. The news might just be created to cause some fomo but it's nothing real.
Coinbase needs a lot of considerations before try to list the doge coin. Just because it has been getting shilled by the most known person in the world and it doesn't mean if doge can be listed on coinbase instantly.
I do agree with you if coinbase was seeing it based on the quality over quantity. Utility, benefit of token and various things already used by coinbase to determine whether such coin is worthy to be listed on coinbase or not

I don't think Doge Will list on coinbase, Yeah Doge have some Hype after Elon Musk effect it's also have big community but still doge didn't have any real use case and just only becoming another alternative coin comparing to some Altcoin like Ethereum or Tron with Real use case, Well Doge was supposed to become a meme coin, Nothing more, Nothing less.

So again it is another Elon Musk word that starts this spread. but How can he be so sure when he does not even a sharer of Coinbase .  instead it is another effort to pump Doge.
He was asked a legit question and he simply answered. Do not make it more complicated than that.

For the curious to know where the recent rumors started:

Though i am confident about this news and Doge deserves to be listed yet assurance is far from reality now.
I am a Doge holder also and this will be a great benefits for people like me who Holds Doge up to now.
It is just a matter of time before dogecoin is listed on Coinbase. There is a lot more demand for it than a lot of the other random shitcoins they have on their exchange. They are missing out on a lot of profits already by not having it listed. It just makes sense to include doge on their platform.
Lol they should have listed this since then but of course not yet now.

Lets Support and Push the Doge team to let this happen finally.

The question is whether dogecoin can be compliant with the regulation that already followed by coinbase, we know that if coinbase is the most popular exchange site and it's also following new york's regulation too. This is the most difficult regulation to be passed by the exchange site. I think that doge has a chance to be listed on coinbase. We will see that whether there will be a signal from coinbase to list doge coin or not. I hope that will come true.
Yes Coinbase is a popular exchange site Doge Coin can go a long way if you follow Coinbase Exchange because Coinbase standard exchange is not just doge coin but any type of token or coin that follows Coinbase will surely reach the peak of success.  It is hoped that this coinbase will be more popular in the coming days
