I'm sure Vitalik said that because of his concern for cryptocurrency, ...

 Grin

And one more time: Vitalik never said that.  Please check your sources.

“Reminder: cryptocurrencies are still a new and hyper-volatile asset class, and could drop to near-zero at any time,” Vitalik Buterin said on Twitter. “Don’t put in more money than you can afford to lose.”

Back in the day, Vitalik once said that crypto will be going to zero. There has been many concerns about the longevity of cryptocurrency as a serious form of money, given that it's relatively unstable within the mainstream world. It's been 10 years since Bitcoin was created where crypto has had its ups and downs. However, many are afraid that crypto will be going to zero as the blockchain hype ends and governments start rolling their own digital currencies. When we take a look at most cryptocurrencies on the market, most of them aren't even useful at all. Perhaps, the only one is Bitcoin but it's terrible as a currency for daily transactions.

Which is why, I'm starting to wonder if crypto will really go to zero in the future? If this happens, then most of us will lose our hard-earned money as crypto becomes worthless. What are your thoughts? Huh
Vitalik should have a change of mind and heart after seeing how market is bouncing back and how many big companies creating their own token,
he is using the word "will" but I don't think it's going to happen at the current rate, I don't know what motivate him to say something like that, he should be 100% supportive of his coin and the whole Cryptocurrency.

I'm sure Vitalik said that because of his concern for cryptocurrency, we all know that Vitalik is one of the people who have an influence on crypto. Indeed, crypto is fine now, but we don't know later, there is nothing that can be done other than always supporting cryptocurrency and always seeing the development. The possibility of cryptocurrency going to zero exists because we know many who oppose its existence especially the government.

I also think like that that crypto can end at a price of 0, in general a new altcoin or an old altcoin if it does not have a good development will definitely be abandoned by its users. This needs to be considered for the project developer to maintain the stability of the project and the price of the coins, so that it can survive in this market.

As long people support cryptocurrencies like using for payment, transferring funds, investments... it will not go to zero.
mass adoption of cryptocurrencies in the future has begun to appear. Many online stores & ticket purchases have received payments via crypto now... cryptocurrencies will never go to zero.

But there is possibility that crypto will really go to zero if the government wants to ban cryptocurrencies not just one country, but all countries.
the government is an obstacle to the development and dissemination of cryptocurrency..  but once again, governments around the world will never be able to eliminate, delete & make cryptocurrencies go to zero.

No doubt if crypto becomes valueless, we will be in danger. Because most of us living with the help of crypto. But I don't think this is going to happen. Crypto market is so strong and it can be valueless IMO.

But, we should choose the second options also. Because nothing is impossible like I learnt Web development and searching work on the Fiverr. I don't want to totally depend on the crypto market.

I think that's true, but this applies to coins that don't have users or don't have daily trading volume. I look back at a lot of old coins listed on the CMC market but they have no price at all and even become junk there.

nothing will happen for the crypto market or crypto coins back to zero, now the market still has a significant sales and purchase chart, so I don't think crypto will be in a zero situation for now or in the future
Everything can happen in the future. If in the future, there are too many altcoin scams. Investors will be scared and not invest in this market anymore, Certainly the market will go to zero

The more people are adopting crypto and feeling its value, the more stable this market is. I mean it would be hard to dump the crypto market to zero if there are enough people who believes in its value.

who can predict if in the future cryptocurrency will be zero? no one will ever know. if that happens then it is the beginning of the destruction of the world of cryptocurrency. as long as Bitcoin and Ethereum are still together then I'm sure cryptocurrency will not be zero.
Nobody can say exactly what happens to crypto in the future, it can go to zero or it can thrive, every possibility has a chance to happen, what we can predict is only based on the basic factors to make personal analysis, and here, the situation of crypto is probably quite optimistic so far when the market maintains a stable trading volume and capitalization. The chances of crypto going to zero will be very low, and if crypto goes to zero, those are probably the junk cryptocurrencies on the market, quality is what investors want, they don't need too much crypto

How can a currency that's in use be go to zero. I don't think that will ever happen. Cryptocurrency is definitely here to stay and since some companies accept is as a mode of payment, it will never go to Zero.

I think the price of cryptocurrency has the potential to become a zero price but it requires a very difficult process because it has to be able to provide bad news and make traders panic because the current price movement of cryptocurrency depends on demand, which means traders play an important role in cryptocurrency price movements.

In the future there will undoubtedly be a lot of altcoins will return to zero. A lot of worthless altcoins will die and make many people lose.
I do not see anything bad in that. it's just a business. those projects that do not bring anything good for the cryptocurrency market and for the world as a whole - should be forgotten

Vitalik said that because he thought that Cryptocurrency is new and I think he has no idea or not sure if it will generate massive support, which is happening right now, Cryptocurrency is gaining a lot of support, and on massive adoption, it's ok for Vitalik to say that because of he still has no idea if it survives, I doubt if he still has that thought, because they are upgrading their platform.
