When a coins price depends on the tweets from one egomaniac how do you think this will all end. There is no way a coin can survive knowing that its hinged on literally one person supporting it. Memes were a fad and people are holding onto the hope of it hitting again, most are just bagholding and not adding to theor bag though. That with the never ending supply of 10k new coins every minute are a recipe for disaster.
DOGE is a heavily volatile big cap coin. All such coins make profits when you buy low and sell high.
Since we all know that dogecoin is getting backed by Elon Musk and people also want him to accept payment in dogecoin for his Tesla cars. And since his single tweet can give a boost to the price of dogecoin, what do you think?..
What difference does it make to you whether a Doge is accepted for payment for a Tesla or not, if everyone, with capital, can exchange their Dogecoin for dollars and then pay the cost of the car. Although when Elon Musk announced the possibility of paying for Tesla with bitcoin, the price of BTC increased in price by 20%.
Just think of Doge as a gamble that can explode anytime but we don't know when that will happen but don't expect Doge to be influenced by Elon musk again.

Dogecoin has enjoyed tremendous goodwill from Elon Musk and that was what gave it that huge push when it got to $0.70+. Yes, I know the expectations are still there for it to hit another ATH now that Elon has fully come into the social media space by buying Twitter. One would expect Elon to accept Dogecoin as a payment option if he's genuinely in support of it or he just wants to be in the media space as a way of fighting boredom. 
I don't know whether Dogecoin will be supported by Elon Musk again or whether Elon Musk will move to another coin so that the price can increase. But Elon can indeed move its price up as we saw with Dogecoin some time ago.
It's possible that Dogecoin could hit $1 this year or the next and no one knows if that will happen or if it could just hit ATH yesterday again. This is still a mystery that no one knows and we should follow the market price. And as long as the price of Dogecoin can touch the peak price, that's the right price for us to sell Dogecoin and take profits.

The coin wouldn't rank in the top 10 if it doesn't have a big community supporting the Doge. Elon supporting doge or not, the doge price will surge eventually. There was an insider on Twitter who tweeted a preview of Elon's plan which Doge is not part of it though. If that news made the holders disappointed, they would have taken thier support for the coin to some other altcoins.

What do you consider to be a moon? It's nr 11 in marketcap, 8th if you remove stablecoins. So i would ike to know how is it not mooned already? It can grow with other altcoins but elon has nothing to do with that anymore. Elon isn't buying dogecoin nor is he backing it. I don't have anything against with doge, and for a long time i had sympathy for it. But if i had to choose between shiba and doge i would go for shiba in a heartbeat.

elon has already accepted doge coin as payment for tesla merchandise. There's no need to add it as a payment system to buy tesla caused by it's even more volatile compared with bitcoin. Then you just need to tell elon to create another tweet about doge coin again. Does Elon really take doge to the moon?
Elon doesn't but, his tweet was driving people to be crazy as fuck. Many people were thinking it would be so big and try to buy more tokens as much as they can due to the elon's effect. It might possible to happen. The only possible thing to add doge coin as a payment system to pay tip or subscrition in twitter. Tesla won't accept doge coin as a payment for its electric cars. 
So far there is no real technology and a use case for problem solving from these meme coins and Doge has been stable for many months now in less than 0.10 dollars.I think we should not expect anything from these coins and if we want we can buy a decent amount to try our luck,this is like a bingo more than an investment,it can go either way,we can lose everything or we can make a lot of money.I personally don't hold much Doge but hold a similar coin near 30.000.000 Shiba INU and if it goes to 1 cent I make 300.000 dollars from 450 dollars investment,if it goes to 1/10 of the 1 cent I make like 31.111 dollars and as such I am holding this coin for the long run,as I said is a gamble and I like gambling .

Dogecoin has always taken the market by surprise, it always makes its own jokes. I have never owned dogecoin. I still don't give him much of a chance. But it's possible, why not, it's happened before. Why don't I have it because there is no use case, the token I have is useless, its price goes up and down just because of speculation, it's not my style. First of all, it has to create a benefit, its popularity does not interest me.
If it is possibility, then there is a chance. Problem is lqck of assurance. Doge , as far as I know, has no utility which means that its market value will only depend on hype and demand which makes its market price unstable and unpredictable.The market price will only go up if there will be a push into its name just like with influencial personalities such as elon. But other than that, its market price won't be pushed upward. Meme tokens has a high rate of increase especially during bullish trends but problem is tendency to collapse everytime there will be a pump. Unlike with tokens having utility wherein the market price would be sustainable no matter how the market behaves.

The work a celeb is to promote a coin and reap the benefits from it and crypto being an unregulated sector becomes an easy target for such celebs. Today another celeb can come in and say that their product is going to involve DOGE and pump its price and then leave the stage while the moonbois are having an orgasm but they find out the market crashed while they were drooling. The truth is that no coin is ever going to be big as bitcoin has been, so if you have not sold when celebs were promoting it you have missed the last chance, now you can just hold and wait for some miracle to happen and bring it back up again.
Whether some product of that celeb is going to use DOGE, depends on their choice, but dont bank on that.
It's not a "we all know", it's a "you guys believe" that doge is being backed by Elon. Elon is merely a fan of the coin, maybe use it as a currency itself and as you've said, maybe accept it as a form of payment (which I highly doubt, but whatever goes), but by no means is he backing the coin itself.
Also, I swear, you gotta expand your circle a bit if "the majority" of people you belong to believe Doge would go to $1. You'd probably have better chances gambling or in the lottery or something similar.

I don't believe that. I hold some DOGE just for the sake of memes and for being able to say to my friends "I have a DOGE coin, lol". But I don't believe in its investment potential.
At this point, Doge is just Elon's lever of manipulation. He is literally pulling it every now and then to profit off people just like you who think Doge has a future so bright because Elon is promoting it.
If you want to gamble. Buy Doge and keep your hopes up. If you want to make a less stupid decision. Find projects that have an actual future. I can not say it is useless, it is very good for small Transactions. But unfortunately or not, Doge is pretty much only still up in the top Coins because the meme is still living. Once the meme dies, Doge will probably fall out as well.

Only time will tell if Elon musk's support for dogecoin will push the price of dogecoin to a higher level or if it will just remain at the old ways of social media pump tweets Elon musk wants to support dogecoin m, the best thing is to enter it I to the payment system.
I don't think anything like that is in the pipeline and if Tesla wants to accept dogecoin as a payment method on their platform it will go a long way to support the coin positively.

Well, I hope you are aware of the situation of Dogecoin and Tesla company. Dogecoin is so hot in the past few days and it gains more interest and support especially when Tesla company announced its acceptance but too unfortunate that it never happens. The hyped of Doge is done already, never I see it rallies again just like before and I wasn't sure if Elon Musk could still get support in this.
