@altseeker. Do not discount the fact that ETH and ETC are pulling each other down right now. So instead of both of them fighting each other it would be better for them to work together for the common good.
I feel like whales have been accumulating all the way down. We have big whales invested in ETC. The hacker will not dump since it would be too obvious and raise alarms to the feds if he moves big volumes, also he hates Vitalik and he wants to make money so it should be clear a pump should happen. Also a lot of people fear a dump, so doing the opposite could be a good strategy.
ETC is only a response because of the hard fork and sooner or later will crash really hard, maybe with a biiig pump before.
With the kind of support ETC si getting the crash you are predicting is very unlikely.

Any strategy built on assuming that the attacker will not sell his coins soon is dangerous. The absence of apps and significant dev activity is more critical and worrying.

I think yes, ETC will pump hard because the area of support on poloniex about 0.0018 up to 0.0023 BTC and never going more down, and today ETC's price start going up on poloniex although a little.

Monero is pumping now, I never seen 2 altcoins pump at the same time.

What is your basis for that statement? Why the 270k satoshi line? Why not the 250k satoshi line?
There is a pump in ETC now but I speculate it will continue to be flat or go down after this. It is only moving up because there are people taking advantage of the news that the ETC from the white hat hackers will be transferred to a withdraw contract. After that good news has died down what will be next? The miners will still continue to sell their coins down in the market.
There won't be an ETC pump. Soon we are just going to see 4,5 mBTC
Attacker is not some tiny greedy daytrader like 90% of people here. He won't sell ETC. Maybe in a few months or years.

I beileve the bottom for ETC will be reached after the hacker has sold his ETC token, untill then there will still be uncertainty arround the coin
OFC it isnt time to buy, atm ETC's value is not backed by anything. You won't see dapps, maybe except for some very generic ones like casinos. And people wont use it as a currency, it has to stay in a very long line there with cryptos actively developed.

There are people who will not listen until everything crumbles on them, then they will turn around to complain about how risky altcoin trading really is. 
you need to learn when to go in and when to get out.

and about ETC i have to say, it has a lot of potential to grow and pumpers can get in since they were accumulating so far and pump it to a very big number since it has the potential of 0.03
