Let us wait before Bitcoin reach it rally's peak then we can expect for Ethereum to have a big rally, not big pump. Even though Bitcoin is having a good market today, I think ETH has to wait for sometime before it can have its turn for Bullish market. But for the current situation it seems ETH is performing well against USD, it said that ETH is currently showing a bullish sign and a possible breakout may occur.

It wont create any hype but atleast the price went up to 300$ for the whole year of 2020.300 usd happened last year without any hype, maybe there was a little but the delayed of the 2.0 release was really hurting ETH but at least didn't fall back again below $100.. it's actually a nice chance for us to buy more again as if this altcoins market will take place, ETH will moon again.

Nothing will pump until summer comes and nothing will happen with Bitcoin price as well as halv its still some months away and most of the traders and not only are speculate that a new bull run will trigger after halv occur which in my opinion will not come alive as the last halv of Bitcoin , just dragged the price down even more in order for the whales to accumulate the last phase and after 3-4 months the market reverse into a bull run so why Ethereum won't be the same ? When a bull run will come on Bitcoin, Ethereum will surely follow.
Being completely honest I had the same opinion as you, I didn't really thought that the market of cryptocurrencies was going to begin to show any significant movement until we had went through the halving and then the price out of nowhere began to go up in a way that we have not seen in a very long time, while the growth was significant in the bitcoin market we saw some altcoins that literally exploded and gave all those that have been holding those coins huge profits in a single day proving me wrong in the process.Same thinking, dude. The bearish market that occurred during the past two years on bitcoin makes other cryptocurrency correlated. How strong is one's argument that bitcoin and altcoin are uncorrelated, the fact is that it is highly correlated and I'm sure the rise of altcoin in 2017 is also a boost from bitcoin. Just like now, we just wait until bitcoin goes up to see other cryptos also go up.
ETH pump today, a pump of 11% is a decent pump already, but let's hope it will continue.

Hopefully the upcoming ethereum 2.0 will bring back the confidence of some investors to get back into ethereum once again for the last time which will make another milestone for ethereum.

Currently crypto market have turn to bullish and i agree that ETH could make a massive pump in 2020. But this only happen when ETH 2.0 release and have to match expectation from the crowd. I believe this event will be the life saver for ETH project or this project will be drop out of top ten altcoin.
We can't rely on the predictions because it might be will correct less than 10% and i still remember at the beginning of last year people has been predict there will be biennial phase and on 2019 we will see majority of cryptocurrency price including bitcoin will be high but in the fact it was never happen and i think do not expect too high to predictions because if it missed then you will be so disappoint however i expect big pump for Eth but i do realize with the current situations
if this is true then be prepared to welcome the next Ethereum hike. after a long time ethereum didn't give a big surprise. I hope this is true 2020, new ATH.

No one knows when this movements will take place but continue being positive will help you to stay holding and waiting for such time.ETH pumped still relied with how things will turned after this halving, if good market movement will be experience surely it will bring

I think ETH is not following this slight pump in BTC price simply because of how quick it happened. I think if BTC stays around the same price point or even higher for a few weeks, we'll probably see ETH follow suit. I don't think quick rises in BTC price really have much of an effect on altcoin prices with the way it's been up and down a lot lately. I could be completely wrong, but we'll find out soon enough. Let the price of BTC settle out and give people confidence in that price and see what happens.

Looking at the current price of ethereum, which is far down, I feel unsure if ethereum will reach the ATH price. Maybe after the revolution to ethereum 2.0 there will be an improvement in prices but not soaring as has ever been experienced at the highest prices. I am also not sure whether to supply ethereum from now on, will it bring profits later, because ethereum prices could actually weaken.
