Ethereum may not reach its all time high again but it should cross 500$ in the midterm if the ethereum 2.0 is successful.

Version upgrade might be caused many bugs and it's very agile for ethereum.
I think they need to do a quality assurance of the system many times before they launch the new version

now the question has changed. is ethereum still back above $ 240?
I personally still believe that ethereum can rise again, but for now we must be satisfied that ethereum is under $ 200. maybe at the launch of ethereum 2.0 later, new ethereum will be another improvement.

it all depends on market conditions if, the market has a positive response then he will go up if not, will go down.
now market conditions are bad and tend to be stable so ETH is at 180-190 even worse a few weeks before.

I really hope this 2.0 updates helps out everyone but seriously stop counting on it way too much it might not come sooner and when it comes lets hope we dont get bakkt Not saying we might, Is likely impossible but dont get such high hopes for it just yet

Maybe you're right. But if the price of Bitcoin goes to $ 6,000, then the price of Ethereum will be $ 100-110. Ethereum will not be able to withstand the general cryptocurrency market crash.

Great expectations also happened for Bakkt and guess what,,, it launched finally and nobody gave a crap about it right?

Then it caused Bitcoin to dump (or some people say anyway).

Nothing centralized can be good and Bitcoin people know this for sure, Ethereum realized this too so they began to work more and more decentralized. When this is in full motion they will go up again.

Actually it’s below 180 an still struggling ,anyway there’s nothing to be afraid because even bitcoin and all altcoins are bleeding so I think we’re just on downtrend and looking for another chance to back on track

If they claim that their coin can be used to be payment for something outside their platform, maybe that will be really good. Because at least cryptocurrency is really used in daily life but maybe will need time for it. Just see if they can realize that thing or maybe only to be payment in facebook platform.

We have to remember that the market is moving as one. All alts have been falling. This doesn't say anything at all about whether or not ETH is a good project.

But ETH is a good project. It has one of the strongest use-cases in all of crypto, and it has strong devs and a solid roadmap. We will probably have to wait some years before the markets are sufficiently mature for coins to stand on their own and not move together. But when that time comes, ETH I'm sure will be one of the top alts. The future for this coin looks very good. Don't worry about small price drops now. They will seem insignificant in years to come.

Right now I hope that ETH would not drop below 100 USD. Everything was great, the fist signs of recovery were there, ETH was around 230 bucks again, and everything has dropped rapidly. I think we should wait for ETH 2.0 to have a better picture.

I think that in the near future we will definitely not see Ethereum at $ 250. But in 2020, this coin can cost 300-400 dollars and this is not the peak price. Everyone is waiting for the update of the Ethereum network.
