For me, it will not matter anymore, I am using both Binance and FTX, depends on what I need. Since there are some advantages to using Binance compare to FTX on other parts and at the same time, there is also a good feature of FTX that Binance doesn't have.
But if ever FTX will be the next Binance, it could be possible especially if FTX will support multiple modes of payments especially for catering to different countries' fiat currency to easily buy cryptocurrency using different fiat currencies.
Speaking of volume, FTX is still far from Binance. But yeah, everything is possible, especially FTX got strong team.

Binance introduced me to cryptocurrency, and I believe the rest of other traders and investors experienced the same. They are incredibly user-friendly in many ways, including quick support tickets, a straightforward Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and an easy-to-use trading platform.
They do a great job of keeping track of hot projects and prizes for traders, and they frequently update their mobile app and website.
I don't know much about FTX, but it's just too late for Binance to fail, and when it comes to regulation, it's a good thing for everyone, and FTX will not be left out if they receive the same reputation as Binance.

Actually Binance is the biggest crypto marketplace obviously but Fxt can't beat Binance easily.Because Binance exchange is the most popular because of its fastest and secure service.Again Ftx is doing good and it can be an big alternative of Binance but for this they have to provide fastest service.
Personally, I find FTX much better than Binance, it lives up to their motto "from traders made for traders". while other exchanges charge a high fee for withdrawing ERC tokens, FTX instead only charges a small fee. very likely in the next few years FTX will be able to overtake Binance.
FTX exchange is quite popular among traders, the word is: FTX is the next binance. I will like to agree with this general opinion about FTX exchange. The future successful exchange can be easily read by what they do or don't! However, binance should never be underestimated as CZ is very competitive and innovative! FTX token is a high value even when it was first released. I have not used the exchange but because this is a centralized exchange, this will l also be asking for our KYC data. Does the exchange also have plans for FTX smartcontract?

I'm thinking about slowly transitioning to FTX. Currently, while browsing the Exchanges subforum, I've come across a number of threads that discuss some of Binance's government issues, which resulted in the shutdown of some of their services[1], as well as the implementation of a sudden requirement for KYC verification[2].
And I feel that would be enough reason to make use of better alternative.

And it could be the next Binance in next bull run where BTC might Cross 100,000 dollars for the first time. So what are your suggestions guys about ftx?
FTX with SBF is a good exchange with good marketing and development strategies. They wisely waive withdrawal fee for customers in order to catch new customers to their exchange.They choose a good blockchain project Solana to be a main investor and integrate Solana into their exchange system, deposit, withdrawal.
About the regulation and FTX, this exchange follow regulations very well and it help them to avoid regulation issues with governments.
The growth of FTX will depend on their own developments and Solana growth in the future. I think FTX and Solana will grow together.
I'm not betting on it, but if there was an exchange to dethrone Binance, it'd be FTX. They just need to seriously fix the kinda-clunky UI. It just looks so out of date. But besides the UI? The exchange is GREAT. Not to mention the free withdrawals outside of BTC/ETH/ERC20s.
