it would be a wise decision to use blockchain in intl agreements, because it won`t be able to be tracked and hacked as well, but in my opinion even if they use they would use a much more sophisticated version of the current technology.

How do you think, when governments of countries are going to start using blockchain technologies in international agreements? Can smartcontracts protect from falsity on that level?
I would say in the future that blockchain tech. would be fully integrated into societies in all aspects including government. Once the masses adopt crypto then you will see the blockchain tech quickly integrate into all forms of society if it hasn't already.

In general,In most countries which may be the participant of international agreement,there may not be common laws and approaches which prescribe relations based on blockchain as I know,the fact that there are no common approaches it will be very hard to integrate blockchain on international level,But I think you mean: if goverments use blockchain in their public structures? If i guess, its already in use,for example in my country,public service hall uses it for goverment's institutional pursposes and they develop a system for registering land titles using blockchain which is a big success.

I don't think the government of any country will be able to use blockchain technology for anything 
. Cryptocurrency is just a product created base on blockchain technology but for now there are no government of any country can find out the way to control it so I don't think they can apply blockchain technology in anything. LOL.

There is good news that indicates the Government might consider it as per according to BitCoin: "the Association believes that blockchain technology, Bitcoin, distributed ledgers and cryptocurrencies will fundamentally transform how the government interacts with its constituents."

May be , it is good idea. There are many ICO of real eastate which use blockchain technology for their system. Since datas in blockchain are unaditable and unremovable then all data are very reliable. Blockchain technology is very useful. Even e-commerce marketplace platform are utilize it as well. We can check it and see how it run on e commerce marketplace of CopiCo(XCPO). I think blockchain technology is very useful for international agreement.
Some sort of agreement I think is ok, but if it is very important to deal, I prefer to use the centralized agreement, convenient change rather than decentralization can't tamper with the agreement.

I think every country should see Bitcoin as a breakthrough that clearly solve world's problem in finance industry in particular then they can make agreement. Instead of seeing it as a threat that disrupts the bank system, they should start implement blockchain technology.
It's not that easy, it requires some serious studies. The government should side with investors and other policies. I think it will take a long time to apply this technology.
Within five years I hope all countries around the world can come together and discuss and manage the use of Blockchain technology for the development of the currency of cryptocurrency on a regular basis.
