Nothing is impossible when it comes to the peice of the top alts especially in the top 20 coins because they are highly liquid and most of the volume gets into them, although previous ltc high was also a huge surprise for many similarly i think new highs will come when most people will be in denial.
If there is bullish market this year then we can see litecoin reaching again the highest price and for sure we can see the new record of highest price of litecoin. Well let's hope the good movement of litecoin this year.

No one knows the future, and every prediction is incorrect in this market. People can give whatever price they want and expect. I personally think that LTC is likely to reach $ 150 this year, in order to break ATH, I think it needs to wait for the next 2-3 years.
We are not in a bullrun yet. Last year it almost felt like we were in for a bullrun before everything came crashing again. I won't be quick to call this little surge a bullrun.
I don't even think like that and this can't be called as a little surge. The fact that the bitcoin has made its comeback again. Just watch bitcoin and we can know how high litecoin will go for sure. I just try to take bitcoin as a something that needed to determine the possibility for the next ATH of litecoin.

The last ATH of litecoin was due to the halving and for it to happen again, we might need to wait for another one. Litecoin is an abandoned project by the founder. Though people may argue for bitcoin be the same, bitcoin has a larger number of people dedicated as a team than litecoin. The year 2020 is going to be of bitcoin.

It is a good sign that Bitcoin has crossed $10k and ETH $250 milestone in the last couple of days. So the major two coins are on the rise, we can expect now altcoins' pump. I always believe that Light Coin (LTC) is the 3rd best coin after BTC and ETH. I am very much hopeful that LTC may again break its past record of value.

I'm optimistic about Litecoin because i know it's a more developed coin and looking at its previous price, it performs well. If bitcoin this time will reach another ATH in times of bull run, hopefully all coins will also be affected and gain positive prices. Litecoin has very big chances to break it's all time high after bitcoin reaches its ATH. No one is really sure about it but let's see where will this coin go.

It is still a good altcoin and we are talking about the bull run so definitely it will rise again but I'm not sure if LTC can make it but who knows. If there's a new update on LTC platform then that coin will benefit a lot from the bull run, the cryptomarket still depend on the situation of bitcoin and I'm hoping that every good coin to rise in the upcoming bull run. Probably if the coin is pump then we can see another all time high, but without the pump there is nothing the coin can do to reach it all time high. Although, most at time the market looks unpredictable, so, maybe before the end of the year we might see a good price for the coin. We still know what happened during its halve last year.
The possibility is very high since the start of this present bitcoin bullrun, all top altcoins are surging as well and I feel its just the beginning, if you want to invest in LTC is still a good time, the old price and the present price aren't marginal yet
Personally, I believe that at the moment, cryptocurrency has begun to rise and will surprise us with its income. I always follow the most important coin if Bitcoin is growing, so the rest of the coins will also rise in price. And the Litecoin coin will also gradually increase in price. So Litecoin will take positive action and give a good result.

Definitely it will it still depends on how the market performs now we are in the bull market and halving is coming in

It really depends on Bitcoins performance although some appreciation has occurred post halving so there may be room for some improvement especially if this asset successfully integrates some privacy features in the near future

Yes, I think that's highly feasible. It's not just only with Litecoin, I think the top altcoins will equally do that. Remember, this year should be better for the entire crypto industry because of the Bitcoin halving. So, we should expect an ATH for LTC. Hodl onto yours if you still have them.

LTC might really break it's all time high because we are currently in the hull market which means most coins are turning green or increasing it's price. But i think it will not break thw all time high today because there is a possibility that it could go down in the next few months and would increase again.
There are always possibilities about breaking the all time high but I don't think it will break all-time high as of now, which was achieved towards the end of 2017. If the crypto market goes on the same trend for the next couple of weeks, then it will have a positive effect on altcoins which might trigger AHT for Litecoin. Which looks highly impossible for atleast couple of weeks.
