If we are talking about ETH, it has a possibility to reach its ATH again but for NEO. I do not think so, because this project has never been well. It just gets dumped directly from the start it gets listed on Binance, even after numerous news came up. The price kept declining from time to time.

Everything is possible in crypto so we should keep hope for good and I also quite sure when next bull season will take place than ETH will perform really amazing and there is more high chances to create a new history after hitting the new ATH.
Everything use to be possible for cryptocurrency in 2017, especially altcoins, but right now, there are some things that are not possible again except we just want to be keeping believe with it, impossibility like some cryptocurrency going as high as 10x again, for these cryptocurrency to go that high again, it will take a whole lot of strength and a whole lot of very positive news to create fomo. We know that ever since these coins has been established, the highest value they have ever attained was not as a result of their utility, but as a result of fomo buy which the result at the end is usually a crash in value after some months, the factor that contributed to the market in 20117 that created that fomo buy may not reoccur again, and we need new things to really push and encourage people to make investment now in crypto after scammers has given it a bad reputation already.

If we are going to talk about the bull run, then I think it is going to be a yes since NEO and ETH are just one of the top coins right now. The problem is right now, they are not pulling up even though bitcoin continues to break its barriers.
I think bitcoin itself still not get pump phase yet. We can see there are no more pumped price or maybe some big people still accumulate in this level. Or maybe a lot of traders still focus on bitcoin and when it get pumped very high, they usually take profit and change to alts. Maybe ETH and other altcoins have chance to get pumped when that time come.

The fact is that in the cryptocurrency market there are a lot of users who have cryptocurrency funds only for quick money. Based on this, I believe that as soon as the price of Ethereum rises above and at least reaches the level of the beginning of 2018 (about $ 1000), then after this a global price collapse may occur again, since everyone will want to earn and sell Ethereum for that price. Therefore, if we talk about 10x, then this result will be achieved perhaps two or more years.

Ethereum actually has more potential consider it's not yet migrated to the POS while at the same time NEO lack of demand from the ico creators.
NEO will be going to the different direction and ethereum will always stay with us but for me ATH looks impossible to be achieved by both especially for NEO and it has been loosing a lot of value from three digits to the two or even one just in a few months. NEO must try to create a big update and development to the roadmap.
Ethereum will always have more potential and NEO will never get the chance to meet them, since how many years has this projects been developed, and the wide gap between them is still very much in terms of being proactive, in terms of community and in terms of trade. Neo is still much far behind, but that does not interpret to neo not having great technology enough, but like you know, people will always want to reckon with the leader, because it is only the leader they can trust to give them the best performances. So, Ethereum being the leaders now, will always gain attractiveness of the crowd in the industry more than that or neo, but I know that if the team works hard, they might get a bit closer.

Where I really hope the price of Ethereum will go 10x, it’s probably not going to happen. Past ATH is in sight within a year, but that’s nowhere near the x10 gains. It could happen within a couple of years when Ethereum 2.0 comes and the masses are getting crazed up again

both the possibilities are there but we don't constantly say this is only happen in the future and cryptic market is always confusing for everyone to make the decision so what I am thinking is if it was a good season again then it gives the chances to develop at the time how the the currencies used the opportunity and make their future will be matters

ETH and NEO has not been as useful as people where thinking at the time they went mainstream.
NEO could go x10 just because its price currently is very low compared to its ATH, But ETH- no way.

Both these coins are in the developing stage which we cannot predict at this stage because we don't see a specific price for Bitcoin. The price of Bitcoin is fluctuating which makes altcoin prices are decreasing and increasing. Potential coins which have active developments will help both these coins ETH and NEO will easily increase their prices.

Well Samsung or Apple doesn't support Neo directly. I am assuming that you talking about the Zeux partnership, as they accept bunch of cryptos, including Neo.
And i agree that i don't see the ETH2.0 being a catalyst for the price change any more then any other developement.

For ethereum my prediction if the bullrun start to rise in the market eth price goes into back at 1500$ that price is the last price of eth before drops their price.
For NEO nothing doubt to increase their price if the bullrun start but I think so if their price goes into 10x may 3 to 4x is possible to reach of NEO 10x is over I'll go for reality.

Yes, you are right both companies have active developments but due to market fluctuation, these two coin prices are declining in the market. So there is a good chance for both this coin to increase their ATH in the coming bull run.
