I think it will once bitcoin starts it’s next bullrun, it almost hit it previously
The NEO project is very promising and to some extent competes with the etherium. But the price of NEO as well as the price of all crypto currency depends on the price of bitcoin. Therefore, until the bitcoin grows, NEO will not grow. Bitcoin will not grow this year. Therefore, this year, NEO will not be able to reach a price of 200$.

Neo is one of the coins that has the potential for the future, the current neo price is only $26 but if the crypto world returns like last year it is not impossible neo will rise to $200 
I see NEO a at least $1000 and won't sell lower than that. Given the amount of cirrculating supply, ability of earning GAS for staking and the amount of projects that are and will be build on NEO it's a nobrainer.

See previous NEO price went up very high nearly 190$, but it is consolidating its price at 28$ to 44$.
