I guess almost knows what NFT stand for as "non-fungible tokens" but can't say for sure to others if they knew that NFT almost covers every sector including gambling. We know how gambling is taking a great leap year by year but do you think that NFT might be a primary reason in the future for a massive boost in the gambling industry?

no nft is another waste of time !! u made beautiful and interesting things and yet no one buy !!! its just a crap really people making money for teaching how to create nft ? oh please dont make me laugh

No one knows, the latest innovations are always present in every aspect of crypto, but I am not interested in NFT, if one day the big gambling sites use NFT in Gaming I think there will be no hype in the gambling industry. true as jossiel said NFT and Gambling are two different areas.

The world of gambling is the cruelest world not an art collection.
They are different.

But we don't know what's with it in the future as trends are changing and there are also trend setters that most of the time, they're becoming successful.

With the collaboration of gambling and NFT, there's a likely that we're going to see them both become a great pair. Although with the situation of the market right now, we don't know what lies ahead.

People will gamble with whatever has value, whether it is crypto, fiat money, a house or an NFT. I think that NFT will cause an increase increase in gambling, as it makes the gambling process easier and enables a player to bet with something that was not previously possible. Anything that reduces the time of betting and has some kind of value will be adopted by gambling. Lets take an example: A plyer plays with his crypto currency and loses it all. He has some baseball cards as NFTs in an Eth wallet. In the past it would have been difficult to use that as a bet, but since it is tokenized in this case, it would enable betting as it is something that can be proven since he owns the private key and can there and then transfer the NFT to the betting pool. Lets say furthermore that one day we will be able to tokenize all our assets and a physical house ownership is proved by private key ownership of an NFTs address, then it would be easy to gamble with the house and transfer it to a pool.

I just do not see it, people have been gambling money since money has existed, which is way before the market of nfts was created, so at best I could see a small increase in the profits of casinos if they offered something like this, personally I see way more potential in the metaverse than in nfts, as if you can gamble as if you were in a casino but from the comfort of your own home then that will attract a lot of gamblers, as that is one of the main complains they have when gambling online.

Even before the NFT the gambling world is already booming, crypto as a payment method is already good enough for people to consider gambling in the crypto space, in addition, some gambling sites allow gamblers to gamble anonymously, that's another added attraction.
Same with cryptos, cryptos before are already popular and there are no nfts that time but in the beginning of the nft, we saw projects like axie infinity for example which took the world by storm. People then research for more nft's and other crypto related stuffs. I would say that nft's did a good job to influence more people to join crypto.

The same thing applies in crypto gambling , gambling is popular now but it can become more popular if every gambling site will support nft's on their platform. I know crypto or crypto gambling alone has a lot of exciting features but it is the human nature to get bored sometimes and we will look for what is new.

It's possible if we have one or two casinos here include it and the players support it, some players just played and don't care about the latest innovation in Crypto, I myself would like to see that happen I was part of the bounty campaign of BFG casino and have seen how their token evolve I'd like to see new innovation new added features because the Crypto keeps evolving and the Crypto casino is part of the community.

NFTs may cause other people to turn into gambling, but not in the magnitude that you think. Ultimately, the essence of gambling will remain the same with or without NFTs, so why would a new token be the reason for a massive increase of new gamblers? It's just like introducing a new payment method to casinos apart from the existing ones that they have, and it can bring in some new faces but that's about it.

NFTs are just another crypto fad that hasn't proved its worth just yet. It may have raked in millions in sales but its overall value in the crypto industry remains a question up to now.

There is a huge leap in the number of user during the peak of the pandemic, but to say that NFT will boost the gambling industry is pretty early as we need to move a long way. I have not seen any NFT games that are hook me up to play them all the time, it is just the starting phase as far as i am concerned because we are yet to see any great games in the NFT space and hopefully we will see them eventually in the future.

NFTs are at the peak of the hype (or already slightly below), so in the future I expect only a correction from this industry, or a huge fall (if the correction of the NFT market coincides with the correction of the crypto market). By the way, what do you think links the NFT and gambling? I cannot see a direct connection between them, and even more so what should be of interest to gamblers. Or do you mean investing in the NFT as a gamble? This makes sense, but in my opinion, lovers of risky investments and gamblers are still different communities.

There might be a bit of added popularity but only a certain category like for example on the ESports side. Generally, I don't see NFT-related stuff will boost crypto-gambling in general.

Gambling does have a variety of types and not all can be associated directly with the touch of NFT.

There are hypes but that's it. It can't affect the whole of gambling in general.

I don't take loans, ask for sig if I ever do.
I don't think so? I mean if there was going to be the so-called existence of "metaverse" where every nft can be connected, then it isn't really out of the way. Metaverse from what I understood simply acts as a central hub for the different types of games, tokes, services, etc., to be connected and accessible within each other, so a gambling den where you bet NFT's isn't that out of way, after all, if trading could exists within that space, then gambling would probably follow suite.

Though I'm still doubtful if such an existence would ever come really. Honestly, all of this is just hype imo, I still don't see how NFT's are being a thing.

why should this act like a boost ?
We have recently seen bookmakers offer loans in exchange for deposits of some specific NFTs .
but I don't think players are interested in receiving NFTs (created for the occasion) as a form of remuneration, even I don't See a direct link between NFTs and betting

It is a separated market.

I don't think that there will be that much attachment of NFT and gambling. They are two different areas, although they can be mixed and merged but I don't think that casinos or the gambling industry is going to benefit that much from it.

There's the chance that casinos would allow NFT betting and that's like P2P betting for certain matches but it's still like the usual gambling that has added NFT for accepted cryptocurrencies to bet.

NFT is a pretty good concept, especially if it can be adopted by gambling globally then it will really support mass adoption of crypto happening faster. So far, there are only a few gambling sites that use NFT on their gambling sites.

I truly appreciate that NFT is one of the best feature platform in cryptocurrency but I can't say that it is the reason for a massive boost in gambling industry, well there have a lot of speculations especially a metaverse concept that it will going to add an entertaining experience to gamblers but it was all speculations. So far, yes there are only few gambling sites that use NFT but that's what I also know about it, well let's see in the near future and if ever a lot of gambling sites adopt it maybe we can say that NFT be the reason for a massive boost of gambling industry.

NFT's population is growing as time passes by, I've researched about it and many gives positive feedback that it has a bright future ahead. The only downside of NFT(s) is the fee, every transaction. Many cryptocurrency gambling casinos are using NFT already (see here). If I'm not mistaken, Rollbit also uses NFT, which makes gambling sites more fun and have a new twist on playing.

Even I do not yet think using NTF can be a good way to gamble, but it is believed that people will become to often use it to gamble as they see it as the future of cryptocurrencies. But without NFT, people will gamble.
Almost all innovation especially these stuff that was still on infancy stages are expected to give doubts in people's mind until one reimagine/works for it. Yeah we can gamble without NFT but should just be a possibility I must say.

I don't know, though I can see NFT can be a big thing on MMORPG, but, I am not sure about gambling(I would love to hear why you or other members think NFT could be a reason to boost gambling in the near future). for example, the MMORPG I am currently playing allows you to turn your character into an NFT and sell it to other players then the player who bought your NFT character can then load it back into the game and use it.
NFT doesn't mean you get it directly especially in gambling as a form of currency, it might be an indirect approach as well like having a utility or owning an asset to be used in gambling. You probably know Rollbots from Rollbit, Zed.Run horse NFTs that can be used for horse racing in their platform and other stuff that might connect to gambling.

The point is if NFT will take over fiat and other means of financial exchange in the future and if the answer is no , it means even in gambling sector it won't be possible. I don't see that happening in gambling. Cryptocurrency is just a new discovovery for gambling and casinos are just adding it to payment system, I don't think that with NFT.
