I think that the OP does not understand the meaning of helicopter money. The original reason: the economy is collapsing and trillions of dollars are burning. To stop the process of collapse of the economy, the government prints money, but in fact the amount that is printed is always less than the burned amounts.
Why should we wait for inflation? The amount of money in the economy has decreased.

One thing to remember if you are including crypto into your investment portfolios

I see that you have 2 coins now and i do hope you do have Bitcoin in your wallet too
Despite how bad the Tech is on Bitcoin if we were to compare to other new gen Blockchain
We gotta agree the fact that Bitcoin does posses a strong value as a storage by comparing it to other crypto like Ethereum

Anyhow it is just the matter of time where Fiat system will get outdated and something new will either replace it or a revamp might happen on Fiat system
And yeah, physical metals are okayish but silver does perform quite bad over the past 4 year

if this crisis really will cause huge damage to fiat due to excessive inflation, you're right, then the strong will survive. however, I think that people will return to gold and silver because, in the past, those two things have always been very valuable. Well, maybe crypto will also survive and maybe the price will rise, and maybe it will be compared with gold. well, for the real situation, we might use gold, or a barter system, whereas, for the internet, I think crypto will prevail.

In difficult times surviving is harder, and now we are going trough one difficult period for everyone.
In peaceful times the best has more chances to become strong people, in hard times the best have
more chances to survive, but there are other factors as well, luck and resourcefulness are one of them.
Not everyone find a way out, but some do, it's always like that.
I think this situation with global economy will force people to rethink economy we are living in and
many will give a chance to crypto-currencies. Here we talking about global adoption for years, and that
now looks very possible.

Depends on what you think makes a cryptocoin the best. The best cryptocoin has to be really good without sacrificing decentralization, anonymity/privacy, immutablity, safety/security, censorship resistant, trustless/permissionless transaction, transparency, etc.
I wonder why after writing a nice post you end up picking XEL and ADA without telling us why you think they are the best.

Natural selection rules can be applied in the crypto market and it is not surprising that many projects have been eliminated after the settled time in bear markets. The interest by investors goes down and convincing the investors is not easy after they sell their portfolio.
Those are the "Weak People" inside crypto and they dont represent the Investors, because they are the one who first panicked every time market shows Downfall and we don't need them to be here investing.
And this is not about the best or now but this is about those who supports their currency even Falling starts to happen.
yeah i know that it is good to buy Low and Sell high but sometimes Market needs strong hold and not panicking.

financial system is unstable. Almost all countries are giving "helicopter money" which is printed in huge amounts by governments and banks. Of course in short period of time - it will help, but as I can see in long-term it will cause the inflation, and it is going to "kill" middle class people. Why? 1st, inflation will decrease their saving, 2nd - interesting rates must go up to save the economy. It will make credits much more expensive than they are right now. 3rd - a lots of people will lose their job.

You are absolutely correct. We are sitting on another financial crisis. Last time the banks got bailed out, and bitcoin was created in response. This time the bailout extends further. The deficiences of fiat are revealed yet again. The time for bitcoin is coming... will it be now? Hard to say. Maybe this time it is too early, but yes, soon bitcoin will become the ultimate value store and supplant gold and silver.

The only thing is I would recommend you buy some bitcoin as well as alts. As soon as money starts coming back to crypto, it's likely that bitcoin will lead any price surge. Not definite, of course, just this is usually how it works, and alts follow afterwards.
I'm still relatively new to crypto, but I have the same thoughts as well. I hope that means that I have the same mindset or foresight as you guys have. Cool

Also, I know nothing's for certain but indeed bitcoin, including other up and coming alt coins might become gems after the COVID-19 dust aftermath settles down.

The interest by investors goes down and convincing the investors is not easy after they sell their portfolio. The sell limit orders are ready for the bull market, so time is the only barrier for reaching their goals, from my own experience.

We have seen many market crashes, this is not the first one nor the last. The point is when market crashes wiser investors start buying stocks, commodities and valuable cryptocurrencies at discounted price and this is exactly whats going on right now. In my view, only those who have strong nerves to bear this situation will survive, those who panic and sell wont survive.

As the thread topic, it is more like bitcoin and the others. The others therefore will be etheruem leading the others. Anyway, I don't see any major change that will happen after the pandemic but only the already weak that will go down but the 100 coins will still be around but will have some change in position which has been happening before now.
if you invest in top 100 Coins, I think you can be safe, and can survive, projects in the top 1 to 100 are good projects, so don't worry, if the bull market arrives then the coins will also follow, and see now, all coins have increased 5-10%.

As you have said about the helicopter money or known as the stimulus. This will make people wonder that the government can print money as much as they want but it will badly affect their economy. The inflation rate will increase and their savings value will become lower.
and that will make the value become more lower like what Venezuela is facing now after printing too much Fiat, while In crypto specially in bitcoin the limit is always there and that is 21 million Bitcoin only.
Before they don't care what bitcoin is but this is the time for them to see how powerful bitcoin is in times like this.
and what can give them in future that Banks and Fiat cant give.

even governments will surely adopt this soon, like what happening now that Korea adopted Bitcoin and nearly others will follow.

I’m a big fun of bitcoin and I do believe that it will last and become stronger on many challenges to come. Now, stocks are declining and the economy are collapsing, we have to look for a better option and bitcoin for me is the easiest way to save money from a falling market, start owning some bitcoin now.
Not all economy are collapsing but due to the pandemic it widely crippled some economic growth in other countries. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are there when someone wants to put their fiat in a cryptocurrency but it's hard to make an investment if we don't have money that could support our daily needs. Even if you fo trading with these cryptocurrencies it's still not enough since the market is a bit bearish at the moment. But still Bitcoin is the best choice for a long term investment so I hope that after this pandemic everything will be back to normal.

That has always been the rule everywhere where there is competition among many. And that is really good in the world of cryptocurrency because that would weed out the poorly created projects and scams. And we have so many of them. The world of cryptocurrency is flooding of shitcoins. In fact, the only good ones out of thousands are just a hundred or two probably. ETH of course is the top standard when it comes to altcoins.
Definitely, we are in the market competition and those shitcoins will be shit at all. There is nothing to expect from them to compete in the market but rather to see out from the race. As we understand the market flows we also able to identify whose gonna win and goes on the top. And we can't deny that those in the top listed coins in the market will have a big chance to survive. That is we are much considerate in looking for its market volume when choosing coin/s for investment, not the price alone.

First you need to understand the logic of Cryptocurrency, they are high risky but rewarding too. Risky in the sense no one knows which coin will go up and down because crypto is extremely volatile, This especially happens only when the market is in bear trend.
Wild volatility do happens even in bull trend. People do easily understand the "logic" you have mentioned and that is the reason we are having around two hundred billion marketcap for entire crypto space. Due to the reason of high rewards, people simply forget to choose the "best" but invest on highly manipulated assets. I also believe only best coins and tokens may surive at the end of this bear markets and most others may get "delisted" from exchanges.

Just focus on its trend and how it reacts in the tough market situation only then it will be easy to pick a right coin, I always prefer the top 50 coins of the CMC list.
Do not make your investment decisions based on coinmarketcap ranking. It is purely fake like if you pay them then your shitcoin can enjoy a rank within top 10 or 25. Invest based on this community's opinion. This community always help to figure out the best easily.

I think that the only the best are able to survive. Now we're stepping into crypto decade. What are your thoughts about current situation and role which cryptos will play in this "New World"?

Best use case for blockchain is money. Cryptocurrencies that have most or all traits of perfect money will survive.  Here you can see what Aristotle wrote on money in 300 BC : https://www.marketoracle.co.uk/Article10370.html

the best that will continue to survive is a natural process that will happen, for some altcoins in the rank of 100 CMC may be the best, but it also depends on the technology that is being developed by the developer.

For example, I prefer ETH and Bitcoin for my main investment to overcome the current crisis and trade with a pretty good profit.

Cryptocurrency does have different characteristics, high price voting will make your money instantly become a lot and immediately run out without remaining.

We already choose bitcoin from the start, people who invested in stocks should now consider putting their money in crypto.
They need crypto to be safe and we need them for the crypto market to grow, this is a win-win situation, only the decentralized market will save them for now.

i think it is FAN and not FUN.

actually it is not declining now instead it is growing a bit reaching a $7k level now is a good indication that market is starting to recover now.
