Yeah, that's why I asked. I'm not all that familiar with how localbitcoins works. From what I gather it is a buy/sell type exchange where you can buy or sell your bitcoins with somebody in your local area... so I figured that this guy was wanting to set up fake/alt accounts for some reason...
maybe so he can use it to build fake rep or something? Which would usually mean they are trying to run a scam... I was hoping he'd PM me with details so I could investigate further, but no word back... and I doubt he'll PM me now
