That depends on your site reputation to convince users willing to pay $1.99 to earn more which in the business aspect, hardly could work.

I think people will pay you if this is legit and it is profitable not just another scam from the internet that is a money grab then vanishes in the air after they get their marketcap. First you should build up some trust and what kind of work their doing for almost $2 dollars that they've paid up and is it profitable?

I believe the project needs to be very clearly mentioned, another thing is that the project output also need to be mentioned to make a trust to the service provided. As $1.99 seems to be an affordable amount more people will use it, if the services were provided with legitimacy.

Earn high? but need to pay first? Does this sound familiar to anyone? Yes, because it is same tactic to scam people. Op can make thousand of dollars if he just post that in facebook, forums or twitter and if fools will take the bait.

There is no increase in the number of people using gore Bitcoin for my observations, only those who know Bitcoin invest more. There is a limited increase in this rate, surprise news only affects Bitcoin.

Although $1.99 is not that high to pay as a fee for working website but still you will need to prove that your company or website is legal, this will compel users to join it.
May be many of the people will agree to pay this fee but majority of the people will be in doubt, so to make it clear you may take help from the online trusted community in this regard.
