Me personally? I wouldn't pay cos I think it's a scam(and cos I'm not located in the mentioned countries  Wink Grin), but if you provide convincing information and a good plan for your project than I might.
And many people will pay 1.99$ even if it's a scam cos they're naive   Undecided

Anyway, good luck with your project?

Knock. Knock. Knock. Anyone ?
Well if I was located in one of the countries mentioned above in the OP (Which I'm not part of) and I see potential in your offer/project I would pay that 1.99$ in bitcoins without any problem.
However my opinion may vary depending on how my intuition goes with your offer,If I smell some sketchy/shady behavior I would easily change my mind even for 2 bucks.

Good luck mate  Smiley

No offense but this just sounds like a cheap scam model. 2 bucks for a high to mid income every month just doesn't seem credible. There is no software that can just generate money. And certainly not for 1.99$.

It's not the software or the $1.99, which will generate the money, but it's our plan, which will.

I once read the phrase 'if you have to pay in order to work for someone, it's most likely a scam'.
With that in mind, I'd advice no one to get your product.

However, there might be desperate people who fall for this, and give you the 2 buckers. I don't think it's worth it, but they might.

No, it's not a scam.

Knock. Knock. Knock. Anyone ?
Entratish this thing you are asking is to enigmatic.
We really don't know  what is the "product", what is its point, what does it do etc.
I think your target audience is to narrow, why only N.America and Australia?
There are a lot more wealthy nations out there. There is that unofficial rule of thumb: "if something sells in Germany, it will sell across the world" IMO definitely worth checking this out.
2Bucks seems like not to expensive price, so there might be some market to grab but again, what is the product?
What kind of activity is necessary to get investments back? What is the job that "non investing" folks  will have to perform?

The work that users have to do to get paid is to refer at least 3 of his/her acquaintances and then watch videos, images and web-contents to get paid like high-$xxx/month to mid-xxxx/month. To be able to do this we need fund and we will be raising funds @ $1.99/user (REFUNDABLE). Will people pay this $1.99 ?

Your question is too much general.
You will never know answer if you don't try to do it.

Will you have paid the $1.99 ?

Hi :

Through my website & software (not launched yet), I am making it possible for users located in US, Britain, Canada & Australia to earn high-$xxx/month to mid-xxxx/month with some very basic online PART-TIME works. To be able to do that each user in US, Britain, Canada & Australia will have to pay a REFUNDABLE $1.99 to us. This $1.99 will be spent on utilities to enable us to pay the users for their work done as mentioned above and this $1.99 will later be fully refunded along with some cool surprising gifts.

Do you think that users will pay this $1.99 ?

Thanks for your answer in advance,

SJD
