I didnt get the point really. Means religion would save us? Good. But save us from what? I actually didnt get it so i cant say more to it
Religion is set of teachings, principles, beliefs. They are all theories and no one has ever died, came back to life and testified this is the right religion and by it you will be save. Our faith determines everything, what to believe in and how to behave and live life. This faith determines us whether we believe we are save or not and this is a freedom too so no one can force anyone to believe in what he believes in.

religion can't save you but you may saved by the following the religion, religion is rule and you can be a good man if you follow it, even you say you are religious but you not follow it, religion can not doing anything
Religion shouldn't be the primary influencer for what you do in your life as what is important are your actions, deeds, and everything that you do. These that what you do make up who you are as a person. With this, religion becomes secondary as what it means to do right and what it means to avoid doing the wrong.

I think religion is just a group of people with one belief and I don't think religion will save you, it's your faith that will save you. The stronger your faith is, the more you will be saved! They say faith can move mountain.
To my mind what comes in the afterlife is not so important, what really matters is that you know what you live for, what your contribution to the world is, and whether you are satisfied with what you are. A person who knows this can be ready for anything.
